Liverpool away

Think you'll find it was £10 off match ticket.. nothing to do with coach travel?

Got mixed up with what the deal was but that's just as bad. Why use it to try and encourage more people to go to a game at a stupid time on a Saturday just because numbers may be lower because it's on tv?

Most people going to that match would have done so regardless as the fact it was on tv clearly didn't put them off.

For a Saturday 3pm on a public holiday where the starting point is £45, £10 off the price would help a lot of people and could be the difference between them going or not.

A boycott by our club would work and that's the whole idea, a boycott.

An attempt at a boycott would likely fail, as like you say the demand is still there even at those prices.

A boycott is something Liverpool would love, the whole point of the tickets in the away end being so expensive is so it can put off away fans attending sort of over pricing the away fans. It might sound daft but there are lot of clubs that flog off expensive tickets with small allocations another one that springs to mind is Leeds.

Leeds. Hence why the away ends there season after season are sh!te.

Unless a full boycott happens, then no one will ever give a fvck.

Football without fans is nothing. Fans need to unite as one to drive the prices down. Sadly it won't happen (see C-Man's point above)

I've seen a lot of people sitting in the liverpool away end. Do you think the majority will sit or stand?

That's because that always make an announcement saying that some away fans cannot see because of standing.

Most sit down after hearing that but obviously the likes of united don't do anything.

Liverpool fans complained about ticket prices at Arsenal

That to me sums up their protest. I fully respect it's catchy and hard to resist - but they're inside the away end, they've paid those prices. What sort of protest is that? They charged Man City £62 one year and I remember hearing Man City fans singing something like "£62, but we're still here". English fans are too disorganised to ever tackle something like that. Everyone goes their own way instead of a collective decision. In our first trip to Anfield in over 13 years it was always selling out. They probably could've got away with £55.

Any fanbase that sits at that has nothing about them at all.
