Most annoying thing about last few weeks..,

Recommended Posts

Is at the end of the game they won't let supporters down to the exits at ground level, can't see the reasoning behind this for the majority of the stadium. Possibly justified near away end for fear of fans clashing (not seen it happen before though)

... are all the grim outlooks and negative posts from people crawling back from under the woodwork.

Always easy to criticize, never present for praise.

I spoke t one of the stewards about that, and he said its because the disabled supporters are up in arms about the new advertising gone up around the ground because they can't see very well, they got in the disabled supporters group aswell to resolve it and the compromise they came too is that the entire lap around the ground will be closed off for them so noone can walk by them.

That's understandable if they can't see the game, but I'm talking after the match?

Used to be the top half of the stand went out the half way up exit and the lower half out by the pitch, impossible now.

That's the most annoying thing from the last few weeks where we've taken the lead in three fixtures and got no points ...........

Nurse!

Yep, and each time thinking , right this is it, season turns around from here......

Although it may sound harsh.... I pay over £600 for my season ticket... they don't pay anything

For £600 i should be allowed to take the least congested and easiest walk out of the stadium, espcially since I've been doing it for years now

I don't get why people get annoyed about this. Just get on with what you're doing. A few hundred people leaving the stadium near the end doesn't affect anything, does it? Not everybody lives in Leicestershire, people might have other commitments straight after a game etc. You don't know everybody's reasoning behind it.

They don't let you walk across there AT ALL, even 10 mins after the final whistle when i leave. its a piss take!

Yep totally agree

No logic in it whatsoever, I sit near the front so have to go all the way back now

Not sure what you are trying to get at with this statement?

I don't see what the disabled supporters not seeing over the boards has to do with fans leaving after the match.

Who doesn't pay anything?

I don't see why the amount you pay has any bearing on a health and safety issue.

I'm not sure but think it's because too many went that way and caused a health and safety issue, the only solution was to stop everyone.

I've been able to get out the ground level exits all season? They did it a few times end of last season but not this season at all.

I'm actually sorry I totally misread the post and whole thread.

Ignore that post (as you probably did).

I was up early today lol

I didn't want to dignify this with a response but I suggest you check your facts!

Most annoying thing?

Not playing 4231/451 Vs poor-to-average opposition allowing all of them to beat us with ease when we had a real chance of beating those teams.... and finally doing it today in a game there is almost no chance of winning which will probably mean we'll revert to our easily overran 442 once this showpiece game is out the way

I agree with that. When we just keep our shape and focus on the basics we look quite a decent outfit. Even in this match we only get punished when we are pulled out of shape.

Very intellectual response, thank you.

As for our crap team we were always going to struggle this year, not lost many matches by more than one goal so not getting worried yet. If we were getting thrashed every week then I would worry. Did you think we were crap today against the current league champions, and possibly the highest spending club in the world?
