Stuliasz Posted 26 December 2014 Author Posted 26 December 2014 Do you ever publish the ratings? Yes after every game, usually two days after the game so Monday night for a Saturday match. Always a thread for it.
DennisNedry Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 You put Manchester City 1 mate. Anyway: Hamer - 4 - Poor kicking and his mistake for the second goal which reminded me of Kasper vs Burnley. Konch - 5 Wes - 6 Wasyl - 6 Simpson - 6 Schlupp - 7 Drinkwater - 8 King - 6 Mahrez - 8.5 Nugent - 7 Ulloa - 7 Subs: James - 7 Vardy - 6 Knockaert - 5 Tottenham - 4 - Lucky lucky bastards. Ref - 7 - Good game, in fact biased in our favour I though. -2 points for not giving a penalty towards the end though.
Dickov22 Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 Hamer 5 Poor kicking and absolutely pathetic for the goal Simpson 6. Average. Prefer De Laet Wasilewski 7 Thought he had a really good game Wes 6 Did ok, so unlucky in that chance late on. Just dropped behind him Konch 6 Did ok Mahrez 9 Outstanding. We are going to miss him Drinkwater 8 Back to his best King 6 Did ok Schlupp 8 He's got it. Just needs to believe in himself more Nugent 6 Some nice touches but never looks like scoring Ulloa 6.5 Gets a mark higher than Nugent for the goal. Should have scored the header James 8 Great half. Love him and Drinkwater together Vardy 7 Pace was always a threat but lack of quality in the box Cambiasso doesn't fit us. We play better without him
kingfox Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 Hamer 4 - Poor kicking, and a match losing error Simpson 5 - Very average right-back, missed De Laet's attacking presence Morgan 6 - Fans blaming him for the first, but after that I didn't think he did too bad Wasilewski 7 - Pick of the defenders, solid enough Konchesky 5 - Like Simpson very average today, need better at left-back Mahrez 8 - Was a huge threat for most of the game, much better Drinkwater 8 - His best performance this season King 6 - Kept it nice and simple when on the ball, bit lightweight off it Schlupp 8 - Saw the best of Schlupp today, like Mahrez he was a huge threat for most of the game Nugent 6 - Did well enough, but could of done with doing a bit more Ulloa 7 - Missed an easy chance, but did score & his work rate was much better
Guest kristianity77 Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 I dont get the Hamer hate for the 2nd goal? Admittedly I only saw it on a poor stream but it looked to me like the wall split, the ball went through it into the bottom right corner. Hamer was protecting the left side like he should be. He "perhaps" should have got over but I wouldn't lay the blame at his door for that one. Anyway I gave the best ratings for Mahrez, Ulloa, Drinkwater (7s). And 4s to Morgan and Konch. All the rest 5s and 6s

Stuliasz Posted 26 December 2014 Author Posted 26 December 2014 You put Manchester City 1 mate. Oops thanks, corrected
dmayne7 Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 Yet again Was gives away a stupid free kick and they score from it. Sad to say but neither him or Morgan are good enough for this league. Good defenders but lack the decision making which is critical at this level. Thought from 30 mins to 90 was the best we've played for a long time. Seemed to have a bit more confidence. Schlupp and Riyad were excellent in particular and the King-Drinkwater combo was the reason we managed to turn it around and get up a head of steam.
Spicer Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 Hamer 5: Should of stopped the second. Simpson 5: Was asleep at the start and got beaten a lot early on. Imporved as the match went on. Morgan 5: Asleep at the start and made a few mistakes Wasyl 6: Solid Konch 5: Very average, but did save a 1 on 1 situation so a little credit. Mahrez 8: constant threat. King 6: Decent Drinkwater 7: Did well Sclupp 8: His best game in a long time Nugent 5: Meh, didn't really notice him Ulloa 5: General play was good and did well to get his goal, but how the **** did he not score that in the first half. James 6: Did well Knockaert 6: Alright Vardy 6: Didn't really see enough to give any other score.
sdb Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 5 - ref, Hamer, Wes 8 - Mahrez, Schlupp 6's & 7's elsewhere
The Doctor Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 Hamer 5 - average, kicking poor, should have done better with the second. Simpson - 6 - Steady Was - 6 - likewise Wes - 5 - Missed an easy chance, stupid defending for the first - got himself between man and ball then moved out of the way? Konch - 6 - fine Mahrez - 8 - Joy to watch, pulled them apart time and time again Drinkwater - 7 - more like the drinkwater of last season. King - 6 - Looked fine until taken off Schlupp - 7 - looked threatening Nugent - 6 - Linked well but never really added a threat himself Ulloa - 7 - Good goal, good movement but should have scored at least one other Subs: James - 6 - Fine Knockaert - 6 - Ok Vardy - 5 - bit like a rabbit in the headlight, but caused a few problems.
Fox92 Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 Everybody 5's apart from Ulloa, Schlupp and Drinkwater.

You're wrong. The ball was behind Wes for that chance he had at the back post. Rotten luck, nothing else
Bamba's Babes Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 10 - 9 - 8 - Schlupp 7 - Mahrez, Drinkwater, King, James, Ulloa 6 - Pearson, Simpson, Nugent 5 - Tottenham, Referee, Morgan, Was, Konchesky, Knockeart 4 - Vardy, Hamer 3 - 2 - 1 - Our luck
ZeljkoKalac1 Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 10 - 9 - 8 - Schlupp 7 - Mahrez, Drinkwater, King, James, Ulloa 6 - Pearson, Simpson, Nugent 5 - Tottenham, Referee, Morgan, Was, Konchesky, Knockeart 4 - Vardy, Hamer 3 - 2 - 1 - Our luck I totally agree with our luck, but I thought the ref had a top game. Always tried to play the advantage etc and made some great calls, surely a 7/8 if not a 9.
Dan Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 Mainly sixes. Gave Drinkwater, Mahrez and Schlupp 8 each. Spurs get 5. Referee gets 3 which is a shame as whilst I thought he was actually one of the better lately, he's seemingly cost us two penalties (I wasn't sure about either at a glance). Pearson gets a 6 - I really don't know how much you can put today down to him. He got it right and yet again was let down.
The Doctor Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 I totally agree with our luck, but I thought the ref had a top game. Always tried to play the advantage etc and made some great calls, surely a 7/8 if not a 9. Bought their diving too much and missed an obvious penalty - no way he can be anything more than a 5.
ADK Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 Hamer 5 - Got punished for leaving a gap at his near post, also parried a shot straight back that he could have pushed wide. Konchesky 7 - I thought he was good for once, supported Schlupp more than usual and had a good understanding with Wes Morgan 5 - That's the 4th time when Wes's inability to deal with a cross has resulted in a goal for the opposition, unfortantely he's quickly looking not good enough. Wasilevski 7 - Made a number of important interceptions and is reliable in defence, yes he concedes a few fouls but he's the only one who hasn't been error prone and that's all we really need right now. Simpson 5 - He was torn apart in the first half and offered nothing going forward, lets have De Laet back. Schlupp 7 - He wasn't flawless but did enough right including a number of quality and timely crosses as well as a stinging shot and managed to be unpredictable in the right way. At times his movement is wrong though. King 7 - It's a shame he was injured as he is better going forward than James, made a good run in behind after winning the ball back and is comfortable in possession. Drinkwater 7 - Appears to be adjusting to Premier League pace which is good for us, he was able to run the midfield. Mahrez 8 - The first time since Man Utd I've given a player higher than 7. A couple of times he could have taken 1 less touch but the majority of the time he created a chance or half chance. Nugent 6 - He's improved his sharpness which was previously lacking, he needed to be getting on the end of loose balls in their box though. Ulloa 7 - Missed one but scored one that was harder, our only genuine goal scorer and well worth the money spent. Subs: James 6 - Did ok without being spectacular. Vardy 6 - Thought we brought him on at the right time, his pace wins you corners and probably should have had a penalty. Knockeart 6 - Similar to James, he wasn't bad but not spectacular. Overall I thought it was probably our best performance of the season, we had roughly 50% possession and not all in our own half as well as dealing with a side who at first looked likely to overwhelm us, I'm not sure if Spurs were poor or if we were just good, I think we were actually good. Pass completion was the highest we've had so far and higher than theirs. If we weren't in such a dire position I would have not have minded the loss but we are in danger of being relegated and having the team broken up just as they are starting to come good which is disappointing. I gave Pearson an 8 because tactically we were spot on and I thought we played very well. I gave the ref a 6 although perhaps that was harsh. I gave Spurs 7 for being typical of a top half side in winning a match without being in control of it and they had some strong performers such as Lloris and Kane.
theessexfox Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 Hamer - 5 - Poor kicking, haven't seen it back but seems like he should've done better for the winner Simpson - 6 - Solid Was - 6 - Decent Wes - 6 - Not like last season but not bad Konchesky - 6 - Good bounce back from last week Mahrez - 7 - Woeful first 25 minutes, very good thereafter especially his end product Drinkwater - 8 - Driving force, getting back to his best King - 6 - Tidy Schlupp - 9 - Fantastic Ulloa - 6 - Scored but should've had more Nugent - 6 - Decent link up play James - 6 Vardy - 6 Knocky - N/A Pearson - 7 and stay Spurs - 6 Ref - 7 - What penalty? Had a good game

Had a good game Ive seen the penalty incident back - definite pen. It seems Vardy's reputation is now proceeding him with these kind of decisions.
LCFCFOX6190 Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 Will manager confidence go up? If so are people voting right? Surely you stick with what you did last week.
Harry - LCFC Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 Ive seen the penalty incident back - definite pen. It seems Vardy's reputation is now proceeding him with these kind of decisions. Have you got a video of it? Maybe I'm remembering it wrong but I thought he took the ball and brought Vardy down with him. Looked dramatatic but no pen, as I recall.
ZeljkoKalac1 Posted 26 December 2014 Posted 26 December 2014 Ive seen the penalty incident back - definite pen. It seems Vardy's reputation is now proceeding him with these kind of decisions. Fair play - I was at the other end of the ground so couldn't make a good call, but I did say "Vardy's rep could have harmed him here" to my lad.
