kingfox Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 I'm not crying. I'm saying no-one thinks your funny. So stop trying to be. Have you nowt better to do? love it when you get angry. I came on to post about Schwarzer, but decided to look on other threads if that's ok with you, because I believe that is what a forum is for.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Please note: This is pure speculation on my part. During the early days after the Cambiasso acquisition, I seem to remember some reporting that he would be helping to set Leicester's formation and tactics. After a good September, we swooned without a win from 27 Sep to 26 Dec. Is it possible that Cambiasso's mucking with Leicester's tactics at least partially led to the long fall slide? It seems that we have regained form and intensity in the last few weeks. This appears to coincide with Nigel seeming to take a more active gametime role as manager, and Cambiasso being relegated to the sub bench. Or am I just mental? I think you'll find we were defensively naive even in the good little run we had at the start of the season pre-Cambiasso. Even though we were winning games, we didn't look like keeping clean sheets, which was always a worry. I also think in hindsight that late goal Burnley got didn't only cost us 2 points - it had a knock on effect on the players belief and coming just before an international break was at the worst timing possible. Thankfully, we appear to showing a bit more belief now - so I believe it's imperative to go out with a side capable of getting a positive result against Newcastle this weekend to maintain that.
Guest Col city fan Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Kingfox vs. Col city fan, the ultimate intellectual duel.KF could enter into an intellectual dual with a trained chimp..and my money would be firmly on the ape...just kidding buddy...etc
Guest Col city fan Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 I do believe one thing about Cambiasso. That Pearson is starting to use him more 'sparingly'. Yes, he's 34 so will need resting more often, but it won't surprise me if we start to see slightly less of him. More cameo roles, coming on in second halves etc. I won't be at all surprised if the midfield trio that started yesterday starts a lot more often. We'll see though I guess.

Guest Col city fan Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Customary 8/10 insult from Col there Read back through the thread and see who started it again Corky..you are so biased, it's becoming quite unreal.
Corky Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Biased against or for who? It was a light hearted comment, I couldn't care less if you two love or hate each other.
Jimmy Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 this is a contender for dumbest thread of the season

johnny the fox Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Im pleased with this thread.. looks like we are going for a far better quality scapegoat... pat on the back for the poster.,.
MickyAdamsBaby Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 Cambiasso is definatley not the sort of midfielder we need. I ranted about is Southampton performance for weeks - he was just a spectator, was like playing with 9 men
GaelicFox Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 http://www.relateleicestershire.org.uk/relationship-counselling.htm col and KF should maybe book in ? It's a very intense situation
SecretPro Posted 2 January 2015 Posted 2 January 2015 I've thought about this long and hard actually and I reakon the reason we didn't pick up points for so long is because we played like shit.
