What a let down Someone at the club needs to explain how sending just £20m (nearly all on two players unproven in league) was expected to be enough to keep a championship squad in the premiership NOW we know why Pearson is so secure ....he is towing the party line I think the owner of the club is being hoodwinked by the execs to focus on profit over investment Maybe big profit related bonuses in certain non playing staff contracts is driving this miserable spending Fook were doomed ... But in reality we all knew that eating our Turkey Christmas Day Feel sorry for the owner and his monks , poor man has obviously no real say , he wants Europe His execs and manager delivering Championship .......

It's not as easy as, add to shortlist, make offer, negotiate player and sign him. There's probably many players we've missed out on, many we don't know about, just like there's many poor players we've been linked with and haven't got. Amazing isn't it.
