Bayfox Posted 5 February 2015 Posted 5 February 2015 played at filbo. and not me personally but our primary school got the the last 4 of the smiths crisps cup in the early 90's and the lads got to play at Wembley. fair play to them.
Leeds Fox Posted 5 February 2015 Posted 5 February 2015 Played Rugby League when I was about 10, at Headingley Stadium, a few times. Played at quite a few Non-League and Conference grounds such as Farsley Celtic (now AFC Farsley). Also used to play at Thorpe Arch, Leeds' training ground quite regularly. Off topic, but our old keeper, who left us at 16 for Bradford then Boro and a stint at Man Utd, kept a clean sheet against Rangers at Ibrox when they were in Div2. Same Jnr club has produced 2 Leeds Utd Captains and a fair few more pros. So all in all, I'm a s**t footballer who has played nowhere special at all.

David Guiza Posted 6 February 2015 Posted 6 February 2015 Played 90mins and scored at the KP in the fans game last summer, being managed by Muzzy and Walsh was just as great. Played against Callum Ball, George Taft and Billy Kee in various random local tournaments etc and used to regularly play heads and volleys/cuppies with Liam Moore as a kid. Our football careers went somewhat different ways though.

howlinmadmurfdoc Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 Scored a penalty on the KP pitch, my cousin was playing in a game there (I think one of his mates companies hired it for a game) and I did that thing kids do at half time and ran onto the pitch and had a kick about.
Voll Blau Posted 7 February 2015 Author Posted 7 February 2015 Why did the mods feel the need to capitalise every word in the thread title? Anyway, if we're counting outfields, I've also played kwik cricket at Grace Road,
FoxesAreBlue Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 Played at the KP in the first fans fixture. Home team won 9-4 if I remember rightly. It was the day Man City snatched the league from Man U

Jordan Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 I've never played football at any ground with any reputation. As a youngster, I played ice hockey at Nassau Coliseum (the New York Islanders' longtime home until they move this summer) and the rinks used in both the 1932 and 1980 Winter Olympics at Lake Placid.
