MC Prussian Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 I understand the fact that they've got a life outside football, but he (along with the rest of team) put in a poor, very poor, performance today. We're on our way home from Birmingham, in fact I've just got in, and he's off out for a meal. That's fine but nobody wants to read about it, especially us fans. Having played poor, having got paid for that performance too. So you'd rather have him starve? Would that logic also be applicable if you put in a bad performance on any given day?
Brooksy Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 So you'd rather have him starve? Yeah that's exactly what he said.
paulsherwood1 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Firstly, if you don't like his tweets, don't follow him. Secondly, it's just a bloke tweeting about going out for a meal with his family after work. Some right numpties out there!
MC Prussian Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Yeah that's exactly what he said. I know, that's why I was asking.
Fox92 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 So you'd rather have him starve? Would that logic also be applicable if you put in a bad performance on any given day? Didn't say that at all. Just that we've just paid to see a shite performance now he's out telling us all what he's doing. Yes I understand he has a life but really, after such an embarrassment performance? Do we want to know that?
Danno Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Didn't say that at all. Just that we've just paid to see a shite performance now he's out telling us all what he's doing. purpleronnie Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 It's the sort of 'tweet' that makes me realise how utterly pointless twitter is, why would you want people you know (or mostly don't know) that your going out for a meal?. Just so inane that people care about this drivel. Here's my first tweet. I'm going for a poo #noonecares

Yes I understand he has a life but really, after such an embarrassment performance? Do we want to know that? You wouldn't need to know it if a) you weren't on Twitter b) you couldn't care less about what some footballer posts on Twitter If you made a list of all the stuff posted on that platform so far, would you like to make a wild guess as to how much of it was actually worthwile reading?
bovril Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Is that what you do after a bad day at work? Christ. Calm down, he's agreeing with you. So many angry young men on foxestalk these days.
Fox92 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Pull yourself together you muppet. It's quite ironic that all your posts include calling someone an abusive name. We've all got different opinions. Can tell by your posts that you're still very immature. Yeah, I'm quite piss*d off. I've just paid to see players like Konchesky put in a very embarrassing performance. Didn't even look bothered.
I blame Wellens Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Konchesky remarkably didn't have that bad game of a game. What exactly does that mean? Define not a bad game for him?

You're pissed off because a player has just gone out for a meal. Jesus wept.
EnderbyFox Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 How dare he enjoy his life outside of football, he should be sat on the naughty step thinking about what he's done. If you don't want to read what players are doing then why the hell are you following them?
Fox92 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 You're pissed off because a player has just gone out for a meal. Jesus wept. A player that gets paid £30k a week. A player that's just put in a very poor performance. A player that's part of the squad that's sitting bottom of the league. I just think footballers, or certain footballers, need to be more professional at times. You know, think about the fans. That's all.
Vacamion Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 He probably didn't get to go out with the missus for Valentine's last night. I can imagine the tweet was for her benefit. Lay off him, lynch mobbers.
FunkyFox93 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 So when you have a shit day at work you have to stay in bed and cry?
bovril Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 We need to get down to la Sala pronto with some pitchforks and abusive scrabble words from Red Fox Gifts.
Haydos Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Calm down, he's agreeing with you. So many angry young men on foxestalk these days. I'm taking the piss. But yeah, that one is my bad, misread what he wrote.

Fox92 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 There's more to life than 11 men kicking a ball around. Get over it. Well there's certainly point in a football forum then...
dannythefox Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 So I player can't go out for a meal with his wife after putting in a shit performance even though he was one of the best on the pitch for us? Some fans really are dickheads.
AyewJoking Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 So I player can't go out for a meal with his wife after putting in a shit performance even though he was one of the best on the pitch for us? Some fans really are dickheads. no need to tweet it though. admittedly the same can be said about 99.9% of all tweets.
Parafox Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Talk about over analysing. Should he be sat at home crying till we play Everton next week Why not? We are...
