HankMarvin Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 So they will probably enjoy the fruits of new manager syndrome
st albans fox Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 be interesting to see who they get in? we've still got nige cos there isnt anyone else !
JIMMYWILLIS Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 Idiots. Can't they see stability is the way forward??
Ricey Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 Good for them, bad for us. Not to say Poyet is a poor manager, but his position has become untenable due to the fans reactions. Much like Paul Lambert and much like Nigel Pearson, except at this moment in time it seems we are sticking with him in the hope he wakes up one morning this week with a personality transplant.
Guest seanfox778 Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 It'll be interesting to see who they bring in, can't think of anyone decent available.
Guest MattP Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 I'd be escorting him from the building before he gets a chance to drop his trousers somewhere and leave a farewell log.
bovril Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 they want Big Sam, the man I want us to get in Sorry but Allardyce is a cvnt. I couldn't stomach him managing us.
EnderbyFox Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 Must be down to this guys no expense spared campaign
bovril Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 Must be down to this guys no expense spared campaign Are all the papers behind his previous attempts? Poyet uot Poyey ot Poyet in Di Can
Jimmy Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 Sorry but Allardyce is a cvnt. I couldn't stomach him managing us. so is Nigel, difference is Allerdyce is a competent Premier League manager
bovril Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 I hope you can back up that allegation ... Shifty eyes.
JIMMYWILLIS Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 Sorry but Allardyce is a cvnt. I couldn't stomach him managing us. The man to get us up and establish us. If the owners then have real ambition move him on. He knows how to perform in this league and the one below Dick Advocaat the name being branded about. That rumour could snowball out of control ... One for the older readerDick Advocaat the name being branded about. That rumour could snowball out of control ... One for the older reader
bovril Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 Dick Advocaat the name being branded about. You mean bandied about. I don't think Dick Advocaat is a brand, unless it's a flavour of condom.
Guest kristianity77 Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 There we go then, thats another team we won't catch. They will probably get 1 or 2 wins off the back of sacking Poyet which is too many wins for us to catch them.
iamafox Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 Judging by what happened on Saturday you would've thought they were bottom of the league instead of us.
AKCJ Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 Sick of how everyone thinks Sack the manager = Better results. As if everyone has forgotten Solskjaer, Di Canio, Muelensteen, Magath, Ramsey, Di Canio, Redknapp, Adkins, Connor, Hughes, Dalglish, Keane, Dowie, Coyle and Laws. That's 15 unsuccessful managerial changes since 2010.

That's 15 unsuccessful managerial changes since 2010. It's a shame how well it's worked this season. Far better than usual.

cityfanlee23 Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 I'm going to be thoroughly pissed off if they unveil Martin Jol, Jurgen Klinsman or De Boer as their new manager, Bigger club than us, but would have come to the premier league in january with Financial backing from the board... Just sods Law that Martin Jol the only decent manager out of work will end up anywhere but us and probably improve them
David Guiza Posted 16 March 2015 Posted 16 March 2015 Sick of how everyone thinks Sack the manager = Better results. That's 15 unsuccessful managerial changes since 2010. I agree to an extent, although Di Canio, Ramsey, Connor and Solskjaer were very inexperianced. Muelensteen, Laws and Magath had little to no Premier League experiance, Dowie also alongside Shearer and Dalglish hadn't been in managerial work for God knows how long. Obviously it's not a given, but there have been plenty of examples of success too - Pulis x2, Sherwood, Pochettino, Pardew, Monk. It's almost certainly too late for us now, but whether or not an earlier change of Pulis or somebody else may have saved us, nobody knows.
