The return fixture at Soldier Field in a couple of weeks time will probably decide who the NFC North champs will be

And at Denver next weekend. Tough back to back on the road for the Pack.

Can't be the only one enjoying the Chiefs decline

I've learnt the hard way - from a couple of Superbowl 4th quarters - that you can't write the Chiefs off. I won't be celebrating until they are mathematically eliminated. But I can still see them squirming their way in somehow.

Mahomes putting his body on the line over and over to scramble for first downs ... while younger players dropped easy passes or shirked the big hits ... he looked disgusted by the end of the game.

This doesn't have the look and feel of recent Chiefs teams.  They need intact chemistry to get back from a 6-7 record.

Few of the usual names look like they could be struggling for the playoffs. Great to see.

Their offense is absolute ass. How on earth has it got to that point.

Watching the game was painful yesterday, I had absolutely no faith they could get any yards at all. I know Houston's D is top tier, but still. Everything has felt like a slog for them for most of the season!

Off to Denver this weekend.

Despite being a Dolphins fan. My 1st live NFL experience is gonna be at Mile High looking forward to seeing a live game coached by Leicesters favourite NFL son. Sean Payton 😆

As they are on a good run I'm hoping for a decent game with the Packers in town.

As an aside I'm also of to the NHL game of the Avalanche on the Saturday. Unfortunately the Nuggets aren't at home this weekend so I can't complete the set.

Just watched the highlights from last night, and 2 brilliant plays...

Hurts throwing an interception and then fumbling on the same play.

The last play of the game, where the Chargers' player was tackled by his own man! Jefferrson intercepted it, which should have ended the game, but he actually got up and started running it back... Henley, his teammate was having none of it so just threw him on the ground. I'm not even sure of the legality of that play as he wasn't touched by an opponent and didn't give himself up, but the refs blew it dead at that point anyway.

Not sure I can remember either of those happening before.

Enjoy!

You've picked a time to go... the Broncos have won 10 in a row, and the Aves' recent form is something like 14-1-1!

Yeah I've been watching the Broncos since I decided on the Trip, but no idea about the Avalanche but thanks for the heads up. They play the Panthers Thursday night which would have been nice to have attended but was considered too much of a rush after landing.

Like I say hoping to see a good game Sunday as well. Broncos as you point out in great run of results, even if they keep winning by 1 score most weeks and the Packers (my mates team despite him living in Denver, hence my trip) Moved top of the division last week I think and in the play off hunt despite a ish season.

I'd take Nix or Love over Tua 😆
