CosbehFox Posted 20 July 2011 Posted 20 July 2011 Look back thru, hate to be a t**t but I suggested a Mr. Pantsil!
Toffee_Fox Posted 21 July 2011 Posted 21 July 2011 I'd have a little niggle at Magaye from Everton, young french winger who runs at people, he can play upfront and in the centre too, liked the look of him but doesn't get game time at Everton unless they have nothing to play for, cheeky loan bid and I'd have him
Happy Fox Posted 21 July 2011 Posted 21 July 2011 Jay Emmanuel Thomas http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/transfer-news/Arsenal-striker-Jay-Emmanuel-Thomas-set-make-1million-departure-offered-string-Championship-clubs-article773285.html Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is ready to sell young striker Jay Emmanuel-Thomas – but he wants a stunning £1million for the reserve. Emmanuel-Thomas has been loaned to Blackpool, Doncaster and Cardiff City in the past, but now his exit route for a permanent move has been cleared. The leggy forward has been offered to several Championship sides in the past 24 hours after the decision was taken by Wenger to let him try his luck at a new club. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jay_Emmanuel-Thomas
Nick Posted 21 July 2011 Posted 21 July 2011 If we want a top two finish we need at least 1 striker and a winger within two weeks. There I said it. Nugent, Vassel and Gally can all play up front but in truth I think these are our wingers in a 4 4 2 or playing behind the two strikers in a 4 3 3 I think Waggy and Howard and Schlupp are our bench forwards at the moment And we need like for like cover in every position. There are a few favourites who will go before the start of the season methinks.
paddy Agyemang Posted 21 July 2011 Posted 21 July 2011 Forget Wayne Routledge, he is going to Forest Sven needs to focus on this man, he created havoc against us last season and personally a decent winger
lcfcjim Posted 21 July 2011 Posted 21 July 2011 Forget Wayne Routledge, he is going to Forest Sven needs to focus on this man, he created havoc against us last season and personally a decent winger If Reading value Long at £10 + million, which has been well documented recently, then god only knows how much they would want for Kebe. Too expensive I feel - even for us.
Leicester_Loyal Posted 21 July 2011 Posted 21 July 2011 With them already losing Mills, and more than likely losing Long as well, I doubt they'll want to sell Kebe. If they do it will be for something silly, like triple his value.

Too expensive I feel - even for us. they had 5 million out of us for mills the b****rds, they should give us kebe for 2.5 million
bmt Posted 21 July 2011 Posted 21 July 2011 they had 5 million out of us for mills the b****rds, they should give us kebe for 2.5 million Wish it worked like that!
Fox92 Posted 21 July 2011 Posted 21 July 2011 I'd prefer Kebe over Routledge anyway. He is very fast, fairly good in the air and chips in with goals which can prove to be essential. I don't think Reading are in a position to sell him, and they stuck £10million on Long!
paddy Agyemang Posted 21 July 2011 Posted 21 July 2011 Wish it worked like that! i know i wished it worked like that
smudger63 Posted 21 July 2011 Posted 21 July 2011 Forget Wayne Routledge, he is going to Forest Sven needs to focus on this man, he created havoc against us last season and personally a decent winger He seems to create havoc against us, every time he plays against us! Would love us to get him, i just think, with what we`ve already paid out, plus what we will most likely be paying out to bring a striker in, he`s going to be a bit expensive for us. In this transfer window anyway!
Toffee_Fox Posted 21 July 2011 Posted 21 July 2011 He was Everton's top goalscorer last year, we don't stand a chance. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BOBllG4lUgY
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 21 July 2011 Posted 21 July 2011 Lee Addy from Red Star Belgrade, can play left-back and centre half, is only 21 and has already played a shitload of games for Ghana. Real talent. We can ship out Bamba then, too.
Bettsy82 Posted 21 July 2011 Posted 21 July 2011 Ebanks Blake, Yakubu, kebe !!! championship title done.
foxfanazer Posted 22 July 2011 Posted 22 July 2011 Ebanks Blake, Yakubu, kebe !!! championship title done. We should sign ebanks Blake even if it's just for his song
LCFC_DAN Posted 22 July 2011 Posted 22 July 2011 We should sign Ebanks Blake , over Nicky Maynard 1. He will score more goals than Maynard. 2. He is much cheaper than Maynard. 3. Then we can sing his song

Raw Dykes Posted 23 July 2011 Posted 23 July 2011 shaun(sp?) wright phillips. I've always rated him, but I doubt we could afford him, and I doubt he'd want to drop down to the second tier.
Danno Posted 23 July 2011 Posted 23 July 2011 I've always rated him, but I doubt we could afford him, and I doubt he'd want to drop down to the second tier. we got the money. would be complete class at this level though
Raw Dykes Posted 23 July 2011 Posted 23 July 2011 we got the money. would be complete class at this level though Maybe SWP isn't as unrealistic as I thought. If he would want to join us, we should do everything possible to get him in. We'd rip Championship defences apart with him in the front 3.
