I’m absolutely certain that we have many Forest/Cov/Derby supporters posing as Foxes on these boards. Never a positive comment. Only ever negative. Who’s the guy who predicts the attendances and goes for about 1/10th of how it plays out? Ditto those who have not being but hate and only zoom in on the negatives. Tedious and need outing.

Two things. a). Nelson oscillates between prime John Stones and the Keystone Cops. b). That pink shirt is beautiful. 😍
-
As formations go, having a keeper at right-back is certainly innovative 👍
-
To be fair to him, not many players can head a ball through the space-time continuum that well.
-
Oh, and booing Faes is absolutely moronic.
-
Some awkward truths to get heads around. Faes is better than Okoli (I didn’t like typing that). Ayew was absolutely outstanding second half. Winks has to start. We may need to start Daka with Ayew just behind to do a lot of his work. Playing two defensive full-backs didn’t look great.
-
Winks for Skipp - at least Winks communicates. Nelson for Vesty - he’s feckin useless. Choudhury for Thomas - he can step up and allow Billy to play much further forward. No point changing Ayew yet.
-
There just aren’t goals in this squad.
-
Vesty had to be the worst header of a ball I’ve ever seen on anyone taller than 5’6”. Abysmal.
-
It was coming. Defensively weak and confused.
-
Probably. He has the ‘luxury’ of another game in a couple of days so can spread the minutes around the squad to see them in real battle. It will be interesting to see his ‘first’ team in two weeks or so.

Nick Pope is atrocious with ball at feet. But many of us had him in our fantasy team and he has international caps 🤷. We live in hope, (as it’s a better world than living in dread).
-
Humble brag alert - I’ve played at that ground. 😊😎. And after that, the story nosedives …… opened the batting for Bracknell and was run out without facing. 😖. I still don’t speak to him.
-
I think the SW players will play on Sunday and will be absolutely ‘at it’ to prove points. We would be naive to assume anything else and cannot believe there is any other expectation in our players’ heads. We will be in a real fight and must be prepared for that.

With where I think we are in terms of fitness and likely moves/unavailables…… my team would be:- Mads Hamza Nelson Okoli Thomas Soumare Fatawu Winks Bilal Mavidi Ayew I know Winks is out of position and Skipp did really well today, but Winks’ quality on the ball might offer more in a game where we are likely to massively dominate possession. Nelson has to start ahead of others alongside Caleb. Daka must be a sub.
-
I’d love people to notice what Soumare does offer, not just what he doesn’t. I think he’ll be huge for us this season if he stays.
-
Great impact from Soumare. He has a lot to free of we can use him to his best.
-
Mads confidence, both on the ball and in being available for the ball, absolutely adds to our dominance of a game.

Abdul 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
-
He’s playing a lot further forward. Loos like a four behind Ayew. Not sure we’ve seen him that far forward before? He’s made good runs and not been found.
-
Curious if all the posters suggesting we utilise Page, Alves, Aluko, Evans, Joseph, Monga et al are the same ones who refer to Seagrave as Spagrave? 🤔 I’d add Wilson-Brown to that list, too if he was still here.
-
So much sense in that. The difference in shape is often nuanced, but 4-1-4-1 is a much better attacking shape for us and is adaptable to easily accommodate many of the good aspects of the Enzo period.
-
Really liked the little we saw of him in preseason. Will watch this long with more interest than most loans.

😂 It’s some house!! Was round the corner from an ex and used to walk the dog past it most days.
