Thanks for the responses thankfully the end of the day has been better than the start. In other news, has anyone got a room to rent?

I need somewhere to vent and it's only 7am. I use Nespresso coffee pods, they cost a bit more but it's nice to have a little luxury to my mornings. My girlfriend who insists that I only have one a day has started making me a coffee while im out walking the dog, by the time I get back it's cold, it's the wrong mug size for the pod and I have no clue what she's doing with the milk. I'll quickly drink it to go and make myself another where I get an earful about how much the pods cost, if I speak up on this coffee crime, I will be ungrateful and in the wrong.

GO ON TOM!!!!

I would love it if he wins and pulls the wheelie across the line, might not be as well received by the locals!

This is an unreal ride from Pidcock to close the gap from 41s to 17s with two laps to go after a puncture, mad if he can maintain this.

https://www.derbycounty.news/transfer-news/the-stunning-finances-that-have-put-derby-county-off-a-move-for-goalkeeper-target-daniel-iversen/ The £1.5m fee seems low, but the supposed £25k per week no wonder we can't shift players and receive such little offers.

Thank you I will have to visit sometime -
It's largely to appease fans, their main complaint has been the clubs communication to the fans which has been a bit of an OG for a town based club like Barnsley, the hierarchy have dropped the ball a couple of times over recent years so it's an attempt to build bridges. Unfortunately a lot of what Mladen says isn't reflective of what's actually going on behind the scenes.

I do agree if he was flying into a challenge on a player under control of the bal but here l I think he's just gone to get there first and knows if he pulls out he's got a chance of getting injured himself. I don't think there's much contact on Kean and I imagine he was running around a minute later without much of a scratch on him?

We played Mansfield at Seagrave before heading out to Evian.

Mallorca were deploying some sh!thousery against Barnsley the other day. The WBA player is getting some stick on line but it looks like the Mallorca player strikes him first. Nothing wrong with the tackle from the Bolton player.

Just crossed off a few crime thrillers All Sinners Bleed by SA Cosby Mystic River and Small Mercies by Dennis Lehane All three very good reads. Picked up 'All the Colours of the Dark' by Chris Whitaker to start later today, only time I've ever paid Waterstones prices for a book.

I have no idea where Croft Hill is but well done mate, 5k to 21k is some extra Saturday motivation! -
We've gone from Soule and O'Riley threads being top of transfer talk to Cantwell and Diarra
-
We will have played in 6 come the start of the season, possibly one more behind closed doors to come, you really don't need any more than that.

Id been pretty lazy recently and our run club has been putting on speed sessions ahead of some local 10ks and half marathons. Decided to drag myself along and it was one of the best runs I've ever done. 1k efforts aiming to be 20-30s per km faster than your 10k pace. A 35 minute time cap to complete as many reps as you can and 60-90s rest between each effort with the aim of keeping reps the same time with no more than a 5s drop off. Managed 6 reps with 1-5 being 4:25-4:27, rep 6 came in at 4:48 after I took only 40s rest to try and get one more rep in Mondays session is 20 minutes out, 18 minutes back- don't get caught by the person behind you on the way back. Thinking of going out in 5min per km pace and pushing 4:30 per km on the way back but reckon I may blow up. -
Foxes Trust End of Season Survey - Please Take Part
LcFc_Smiv replied to Foxes_Trust's topic in Leicester City Forum
On the above I agree to an extent. It may be worth considering a format where each statement has multiple options from feel strongly- don't feel strongly. That way people can still align their support to equality and diversity issues whilst also wanting to address the issues at the club. I appreciate how hard it can be to put stuff like this together -
Physios are just there to pick up the pieces from the coaching and fitness staff

The ones who need to grow up maybe
-
We've already had one behind closed doors
-
Unfortunately pretty much anyone I have spoken to who has had any involvement or interaction with the club during Rodgers time there tells very different stories to what we tend to believe on here. The only one that does seem to have any truth is in that final season he checked out early doors.
-
He will go later in the window, I reckon he starts the season with Blackburn scores a few and someone takes a big money gamble.
-
I’d just ignore him he posts negative nonsense across the board
-
Really happy with this!

Some elements I agree with but the frustration around there being little to no information is a result of the world we live in today. Social media and the immediate access to a forum like this means that rumours or snippets of information are you usually wide of the mark, or suggest things are far more progressed than what they usually are. We’re no different to any club in that regard.
