Not enough players in the opposite half
-
Gives all the local plastic scousers more of a chance of getting to see a live Liverpool game. Good for them I guess?

I thought that blatant foul on Soyuncü in the lead up to Hamza getting a yellow was as clear as they come. There were plenty of cheap ones too. The last one is just so unfortunate, Albrighton really just needs to stick it in the stands. Very soft.

I'm pretty sure Musa fits in to both of those brackets to be fair

The "do they mean us?" thread pt 2

They're a strange, salty bunch aren't they? -
Every time my stream catches up with the action we're at the opposite end of the pitch. Like a basketball game at the minute!

Our passing play in general has been atrocious in the second half. (Didn't watch the first, but I can't imagine it was much better)

Who’ll get our next red card?

You'll never die, you'll never die, We'll keep the blue flag flying high, We'll always remember All you have done / did for us, Vichai!

Edited my original 'attempt' Vichai had a dream, for Leicester city FC, he took us under his wing, we started to win, Big Wes at the baaackk, Vardy in attaaaccckkkk, We lost at Watford, and never looked back.

Vichai had a dream, at (or for) Leicester city FC, he brought us back from the brink and decided to spend ... we had Vards in attack, Big Wes (or Rob Huth) at the baaackk, We lost at Watford, and never looked back. What does everyone think, it's always an upbeat tune that we can hopefully use to celebrate our association with a truly great man. Feel free to add to it or edit it.

They should be ashamed regardless. It sounds as though there could've been a hundred coppers and paramedics near the scene free to help and it wouldn't have made a difference, based on eyewitness reports. So, so sad. **** the whole line of "repurcussions to our football club" line Dorsett used, I couldn't care less right now. There's a chance a man who has done so much for our club AND city is in a bad way that the future of our club can be thought about at a future point in time.

LA Rams are looking pretty good, that's where my money would be going.

I went there on a stag do in April this year and absolutely loved it. We stayed really central and the city centre itself is really lovely. We'd heard a fair bit about clubs to avoid with blacked out windows etc that were dodgy but we went to a fair few bars and didn't really have any trouble anywhere. I'd highly recommend a place called Rock Café which was open til about 7:30am on the Saturday night we were there! (The girls in there were much fitter than I expected and were really friendly ) There's loads of stuff you can arrange for stag party's over there. We (around14 of us) were picked up by a limo which had a few cold ones each and a young lady inside to greet us all with her favourite dances, which was a good start to a stag do. We also went shooting which was worth doing and the best man (without telling anyone else) ordered a set-up whereby a KGB looking bloke who was about 6"5 and as wide as he was tall to come in and frisk a few of us for drugs, which I thought was a set up until he asked me if something was funny before whacking me in the face! He then frisked a few others before planting something on the stag, arresting him and driving him around Riga for a good hour and a half, slapping him around a bit as they went and shitting him up in general. There's enough to keep you busy there for a few days (we actually went for 4 nights) and they don't completely hate the English unless you start acting up, which is nice. Check out the bar on the top floor of the Radisson if you do end up going as you can get som really good views, even from the urinals (did I just say that?). There's a medieval restaurant tats worth checking out too. I hope that helps.

Sounds like a less scientific and less formal version of the 7 year switch on channel 4(?) Earlier this year.

Holly's around the corner from there do decent sandwiches (they're granary bread is second to none). If you're thinking something a little more fancy Let Bistrot Pierre do really reasonably priced lunch menus and I've never had a bad meal in there.

Argentina vs Croatia - Match Thread (21st June, 7pm)
Riyad_Suarez replied to StanSP's topic in General Football and Sport
I mean, who the hell would put a tenner on Argentina to win the world cup at 11-1 only yesterday..... What an absolute shower! Worth it just to watch the argies I'm the crowd. Especially that cheat squirming away in his box -
I can't remember any specifics but I do remember her saying she'd had a pretty tough time of it in the past when she was on the show. Really sad to hear about this.

Phil Neville sounds like he's commentating whilst sat on the toilet and last night's curry is seriously conspiring against him. -

This game is so open. No idea which team will score next, but I don't think it'll be too long.
