  1. And boy are our lot fvcking stupid and desperate for cash so if it’s anywhere in the vicinity of a half decent offer they will accept.
  2. I reckon if Sunderland offer around £35m + £5m in add ons we do a deal. That would generate over £20m in PSR profit and further opportunity with the add ons and for a player off the back of an horrendous injury. I am not advocating it I love Abdul but the club will look at this purely from a financial perspective
  3. stolarcryk Riccy P Okoli Nelson Aluko Hamza Page Fatawu Monga Mavididi McAteer
  4. Remember when Tielemans, and Evans in the final year of their contract and there was conflict with certain fans saying we should cash in as they won’t be motivated and others saying Youri would be the difference and him keeping us in the prem is worth more than a fee etc etc well remember how that turned out, they checked out and we were relegated, this feels similar with Winks, he has the quality to be star at this level, if motivated and engaged however this does not appear to be the case and therefore it’s highly likely come September the drop off will continue and he will become less and less effective and we will be left with a demotivated and very expensive player going through the motions. Saturday showed me where he is at with our club, he has checked out and keeping him hoping he suddenly has a change of heart and goes back to his 2023 form are going to be sadly disappointed. The only viable solo too is to get a fee and get his wages off the books and hopefully reinvest in a high energy midfielder who is committed and will give 100% for the club.
  5. I have already answered, that the booing is a direct result of seeing players going through the motions, i doubt it does help but what are fans meant to do, I had also said I will accept getting beat as long as I see a level of commitment, work rate and application, very little of this was on show on Saturday, so I will ask yet again, do you think players checking out and not giving 100% as paid professionals is acceptable and if not how do you hold them accountable?
  6. I am asking if you think as supporters we should meekly accept the level of performance served up yesterday? Is players giving well less than 100% effort not as negative and disgraceful as fans showing their disapproval to such a performance or are you saying the players can do it but the fans cannot react to such a poor performance.
  7. I can see Vardy being offered a 12 month deal by Top and Rudkin ina vain attempt so win over the fanbase and get them back on side.
  8. I also think players making half arsed efforts, downing tools or checking out is derogatory to the performance levels, what are your thoughts on this and do you think as paying customers we should happily accept players disrespecting the club, the owner who pays their wages and the supporters who part with there hard earned cash, intrigued for your thoughts on this …..
  9. Not sure pal he is actually a really nice bloke but seems to be a very staunch Rudkin and KP supporter.
  10. A ‘How about the truth from Thailand, Top?’ banner would be good
  11. We need a pacy centre back, 2 high energy midfielders and a striker.
  12. Absolutely he has inherited a massively bloated and unbalanced squad full of very average, yet overpaid ego’s and then some very very talented youngsters who really need the support and guidance from a number of senior pros. And yet here we are with a large % of the squad looking for the exit door and a don’t look at me guv type attitude to our plight. Marti has been dealt a shit hand in terms of what he can work with and i get the feeling he is trying to protect the younger players so not to throw them under the bus too early in their careers, whilst trying to keep as many of the wantaways in the shop window to benefit the financial position. I actually think he has been fairly ruthless, Skipp hauled off at half time last week, BEK this week proves he doesn’t care about reputation if you are not doing it he will act, the issue is he is currently managing with both hands behind his back. He has managed Monga brilliantly and i think Nelson will be integrated soon enough as a starter. He hasn’t minced his words or made excuses in his post match interview and he has clearly identified the issues and no doubt the rotten apples, if the board support him i think he can have a similar impact as Pearson but he needs the time and support to see this through and i have no doubt it won’t be pretty but it needs to happen for the long term benefit of LCFC
  13. Not from me he wasn’t.
  14. Top could fix this really easily, by moving Rudkin sideways as he clearly won’t sack him, and then bring in a new DoF to work with Marti to complete revamp our recruitment, analytics and get us back to being a proactive, innovative club. Whilst also working to move on the deadwood, if he isn’t prepared to do this then at the very least employ Pearson and Steve Walsh as consultants to help rebuild the club so it is structured in a similar approach to how it was when they were at the club.
  15. I think the biggest issue at the moment is the lack of 2 high energy midfielders. Last time in the championship we had KDH, Ndidi, Praet and even Casadei who would be box to box and create overloads which meant our wingers had support and also could make more use of space, whilst if like yesterday teams doubled up on our wide players, these midfielders could then exploit the gaps. Look at us now our midfield options are Skipp, Winks and Soumare not one of those are box to box midfielders who will break lines with runs or even with there passing, it’s all so safe and the game tends to be played in front of them, this means it’s really easy for teams to double up on our wide players safe in the knowledge that we don’t offer an attacking threat from our midfielders.
  16. So in reality when else do the fans get the chance to voice their opinions, concerns and frustrations about the running of the club, only chance is during the game and why is that because the club refuse to communicate with its fanbase. oh and just for context, if i see mistakes being made by players giving 100% I wouldn’t dream of booing or turning on them, the atmosphere was positive at the start of the game, frustration crept in as the game progressed and it was evident that many were going through the motions and coming out 2nd best to a club who nearly got relegated to league one and are run on a shoestring in comparison to us. The fans reaction yesterday was 100% on the players that performance was a disgrace, maybe it’s time for some of the players to take some responsibility and accountability rather than using the media to tell the world they don’t want to be here maybe they could hold their hands up and accept they haven’t been all sweetness and light these last 12 months.
  17. My first initial thought was that the club had identified Abdul as our most popular player and asked him to post a social media message asking for unity and fans to be 100% behind the team.
  18. I reckon the Abdul message was club driven, ask one of the popular players to post a message asking for togetherness.
  19. I genuinely think Marti is being told to play players to help drive up fees from prospective buyers. Hence why JJ and Bilal both played yesterday to send a message to their suitors pay up or feck off trouble is i think too many know they are off and as a result have checked out.
  20. There is a mix of things at play over the years, piss poor recruitment, over inflated wages, an owner who undermines each and every manager by being trying to be best mate to all the players, a DoF who is woefully out of touch and out of his depth now we are on a decline and has no answer to address the issues. i agree about Pearson he was so meticulous when it came to recruitment, personality and character was as important as talent. I have no doubt Marti knows who are the bad eggs and we have a few, but here is where Top and Rudkin have to back their manager and allow him to banish these players to the bomb squad and if that means we have a few ups and downs as the younger players bed in then so be it. yesterday was the watershed for me, you can have all the talent in the world and on paper look to be a cheat code such as Winks, Faes, Vesty, Soumare, BEK, Mavididi, Ayew and Daka but as yesterday proved if these players aren’t fully committed then you get a bloody nose even against supposed relegation candidates like Preston. This week has hopefully shown it’s time to cut our losses with this mob, get deals agreed and clear the decks even if we have to break even on PSR to clear the wages, it would still give us room to manoeuvre to bring in 3 or 4 to supplement the younger players and ones who still want to be here.
  21. I also think we are playing some of these to leverage the best possible price from interested parties. In this case it may well have backfired massively.
  22. I posted the Rudkin out banner and song on X last night and guess who gave me a load of clown 🤡 emojis………the one and only Mr KPFC himself, Graham Brock, and when i replied asking him why he should still be in a job I received the response if I have to tell you then you don’t know 😂 That sums it up for me, people who defend both Top and Rudkin really don’t have any justifiable reasons anymore but continue to belittle and abuse anyone who dares to question them.
  23. I can honestly see Top and Rudkin going back cap in hand to Vardy and getting him to sign for a year, just to deflect away any criticism and pressure from themselves.
  24. It wasn’t strange he was awful yesterday, in fact you could have subbed off all 11 at half time they were that bad, but difference was you could see BEK was protecting himself, playing well within himself and didn’t want to be there. i honestly think Matti is being told to keep selecting these players as leverage to negotiate better fees, if they are all missing from the 1st team it shows the interested parties they can low ball their offers. Truth is it’s hurting us far more on the pitch so we need to get these deals done quickly and move on with a squad fully committed to being here.
  25. Absolute Willy puller highest paid player on the pitch today and got out played and out bullied by Ally McCann and Ben Woodman. He is our “best” midfielder only because the other options are utter turd like Skipp and Soumare. Get him gone and hopefully bring in a half decent half committed replacement and we will straight away be a better team for it.
