Yeah, conveniently forget the incorrect off side given against Daka. We would've trouced them in that game.

Yeah I think this move epitomises Nacho. He just doesn't seem to have the confidence or drive of a top sportsman. I know during Covid a few people theorised that he was doing so well because the stadiums were empty and he didnt have that public glare on him. Maybe there's something to that theory.

It's an excellent record, 114mins is probably better then Vardy or Maddison. I think he pretty much gave up this season though.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'
sm1 replied to ClaphamFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Alot of last season makes sense now. Rodgers had us over a barrel, he knew it and so did we. That's why he was publically criticising the club, daring us to sack him and we couldn't until it was too late. I supposed that's what you get for putting a spineless lackey like Rudkin in charge. If signing off on 200M wages wasn't bad enough, he agreed a 30M severance pay with Rodgers. -
Scholes talks some shit, thinks Madrid play like Stoke 😂

I like him, he's a decent player with good close control. The problem is, he's not fast enough for the wing or strong enough for CM role, so he'll never be a starter. It would be fun to play the Turks at their own game and knock his price to 2-3M and see what happens.

So if we are to believe the Balague article, we should be glad that Enzo chose us, because he had offers from PL clubs and now has lots of offers from top European clubs. These were the vibes that Rodgers gave out, of being too good for us. If this is how Enzo feels, I think he'll be off, the only stumbling block will be the compo we demand.

He's an old school manager that will look after the whole club, hence why Fergie handpicked him for the United job. They've not really made much progress since they sacked him and pissed billions up the wall, something Moyes wouldn't allowed. Even West Ham fans were moaning about him buying Ward Prowse and he's ended up being one of their best players. Guys like him and Pearson are slowing going out of fashion.
-
Good luck to him wherever he ends up. Always had a soft spot for him, but he's been so poor this season, its best to part ways.

Everton are in serious trouble. 777 just sound like a giant ponzi scheme, with one part of the business paying another to make them look financial stable. Regarding ourselves, Forest got -4pt due to 1 breech, and Everton -8pt due to 2 breeches of the FFP regulations. By that token I cant see us getting more then -4pt deduction, unless we've broken the rules multiple times.

Yeah it's a travesty how we'd rather fly random Thai influencers to try to improve our popularity, then to sell empty seats on general sale, and improve our popularity locally.

Wout invited a look a like. 😁

Considering our squad had a average salary of around 80k/week, I don't think Rudkin is difficult to deal with. He seems to give whatever agents ask for.
-
I'm glad he cleared this up because they've been a few on here making excuses for Rudkin.

Not sure why anybodys surprised, this has been the norm against relegation fodder recently. Fail to score and lose to breakaway goals.

Love Kingy, up there with Walshie and Vardy, for me.

Even though there's plenty of dross in the PL, with our possible points deduction, its going to be a very difficult season. On a positive we do seem to do much better when teams come at us, which i presume every PL team will do.

Yeah I think that's why he gets criticism on here. People expect Mavididi 2.0, but Kasey has his own game. Would Mavidi have been at the near post to score that goal? No chance, he'd have been beyond the far post. Kasey hasn't got electric pace or quick feet but he's got good movement and a real engine, going up and down the pitch. Enzo likes him and he's repayed him with some great numbers for his first season in the team. The way he finished that goal against Liverpool, the kids got talent.
-
The fact that he's had such a great end to the season, makes it's an easy decision for the club. He has to be offered a new contract. Will he except who knows, but regardless, he's the greatest player we've ever had. Nothing will change that.

Due to cut backs they're bussing in Susan Boyle

Teams at the top are in dire form. We've won our last 2 but Leeds, Southampton and WBA are in relegation form. Ipswich haven't been much better either. Playoffs will be fun.
-
I think plenty of clubs, us included for a while, have shown that you dont need to spend big to be competitive. Get rid of the high earners, get a few freebies in Sensi and O'hare. Add a few loan players. The biggest expense will be Fatawu and another left sided player in defence and attack.
-
Surprisingly Rodgers sounds far more personable then Enzo. Like Albrighton's honesty, talking about how the players wanted to play with more freedom and made that known in their meeting.
-
Vintage Vardy. He played on the shoulder of the last defender as opposed to coming deep. He has tried to play the link up game that Enzo demands, but when he goes back to his natural game, he's still an unbelievable player.
