Very rare that one of the old firm goes through a season unbeaten against the other one. Rangers at 13/5 look value for money. That means Celtic will be 3 up by half time 😆

Another Irn Bru advert. 😆

Completely ripping the heart out of the club. They are basically turning their back on local players and looking towards players in the central belt. I'd be surprised to see Duncan Ferguson still at the helm by game 1 of the new season.

Really hope Ben Doak starts one of the friendlies and does well. Kelly, Soutter and Armstrong probably drops out, and Armstrong only due to Injury.

Current SPFL Premiership Grounds as Away Days - Ranked https://forum.pieandbovril.com/topic/287347-current-spfl-premiership-grounds-as-away-days-ranked/ This thread is good. Only for SPL clubs however.

I think most fans would have preferred Ross County to stay up rather than St J. A day out in Dingwall trumps a trip to Mcdermid Park. Saying that, I'd like Raith to beat Ross C in the play off.

Talksport has it 3 2 usyk. First 3 to usyk, last 2 to fury

Had a pint of Punk in Notts brewdog this afternoon. Nottingham was absolutely packed with drinkers around 3pm. I like how they've reclaimed all the pavements and made them outside space for the resteraunts and pubs.

He really surprised me how well he's done. He was almost going through the motions in his last season at Pittodrie but fair play to him wanting to try Italy. The clever money and the easy move for him was Ibrox. We have a 25% sell on clause, so I was getting excited that his manager Thiago Motta was going to get the Juve job and bring him with him. It sounds like his move will be next summer once he recovers from Injury. He'll end up in the Prem eventually, but I hope he sees out another 2 to 3 years in Italy.

Maybe tonight is the night, but everytime Fury had faced a challenge in his career he's found an answer. Interesting point made by Lennox yesterday. There will be a point in the fight where one of them thinks "this could be my 1st defeat unless I do something different" and it will be good to see how they react.

Again, I'm very biased but Mcgregor goes under the radar in England, and Gilmour is the type of player England missed v Italy in the euros and France in the WC. I still don't see that type of player in England's squad, Mainoo maybe.

You can't say we take ourselves too seriously 😆😆

They reckon the ring walks are 11pm. Hopefully the bell for round 1 rings around 1130pm, so it will be done by 1230am at the latest. On paper it should be a good fight, and with heavyweights there is always the 1 punch possibility of an early night.

I was thinking the same. For me, a large part of any sport event is the atmosphere created by the crowd. The main events in Saudi recently have sheikhs ringside more interested in their phones and "influencers" who want to show off their supposed rich lifestyle on tick tock. I'll listen to it on the radio.

At least give us some credit, we did it in 82 and 86 and 90 as well 👍 Consistency is key.

Job done for Celtic but they made heavy weather of it. Their fans will want some tangible progress in Europe next season. Ultimately they live and die by being the best team in Glasgow every season. Not sure it's a pathetic league, but so be it.

Dundee up.

Aberdeen new kit, nod to the 1990 JVC one. I don't like the addidas logo,

He was still doubling down on Sportsound 3 hours later. Honestly, how he gets a gig on Sky and BBC astounds me.

Bit of justice there, O Reilly could have stayed on his feet.

Nice to see Kenny Miller as neutral as always. Too many Scotish pundits analysing the game from the rulebook 10 years ago.
-
Calum Mcgregor seems to be back to his best form just in time for the summer. His run made that goal.

Going to Cologne for a few days during the Euro's. Its sounds like a real football city, really looking forward to it.
