  1. I think it is fair to say she probably knows a lot, lot more about the game than the idiots posting sexist crap about her on social media will ever understand
  2. Absolutely incredible. Would love to hear this booming out from the England fans
  3. just saw this. Sad news I know he only played a handful of games for us but he was a bit of a cult hero I think
  4. the only way I'd be going to this is if we could get all 2000 fans to fling excrement at the players! anyone clapping these clowns on or off the pitch at Ewood Park needs to give their head a wobble
  5. As an outside the the Trust (for now), that was my take when I saw the video too It's a bit unfair if people are taking this interaction in isolation and charactirising it as an official FoxesTrust meeting
  6. probably closest to how i felt during the match If there was any emotion, it was probably relief that it was done last night (though in reality we've been sunk for months)
  7. don't care. makes no difference to my life Still got to go to work. still got bills to pay. Still got all the other crap to deal with
  8. Bang on mate In isolation the second half performance was decent but it was far too little far too late Apathy seemed to win out against anger in the stadium (or at least where I sat) Woman in front of me and her husband clapped before during and after the game and she called me a tw@t for booing. I can't go Friday so that's it for me. Not renewing next season I'm 53, been going for nigh on 40 years, many of those a ST holder Overriding feeling tonight? I just don't care. I really don't. No tears, no anger, no nothing. I don't feel anything for these players or this club.
  9. It may not be completely done yet but it likely will by tonight Even if we were to miraculously win the last three it still probably wouldn't be enough, right? Even if we got to 50 pts (max possible) Blackburn and West Brom already have 49 Do we HAVE to win all three as it stands to have any chance? @Les-TA-Jon you're the stats man - whats your take?
  10. yeah I think CL matches will do them in the final reckoning It's weird. I kind of feel like I should want Arsenal to win it at the antithesis of the Manchester City juggernaut, cheats etc and yet I kind of feel myself reveling in their capitulation A few weeks ago I saw a video where Arsenal fans were being asked "if you had to choose would you rather Arsenal win the league or Spurs get relegated" and loads of them opted for Spurs to go down, or were genuinely torn on which to choose
  11. I know how long it takes But even that will deter some responses - it's just the way it is with any survey But maybe fewer more detailed replies is better than more vague surveys - who knows My guess is it won't make much difference anyway but fair play to FT for attempting to hold the club to account
  12. done. but survey is waaay too long which will restict the number of replies
  13. absolutely. I include myself as one of the "older folk" (although I'm not quite "Coach 1" with my flask and cheese sandwiches) The failure to expand the stadium when we had the chance is the biggest reason for not getting new bodies through the gates
  14. having effectively had a lock out from new, younger supporters gaining access to season tickets for 10+ years has contributed to our aging fanbase demographic in my view Mass non renewals this summer might open the door for some younger fans to get their hands on tickets
  15. Hmmm. I MIGHT go for any of the following reasons 1) last game I can attend this season 2) not renewing next season so this might be the last one for a while 3) my son wants to go 4) can I throw gravel at the players 5) macabre delight in watching us relegate and watching the pathetic spectacle of grown men crying over a football match all hinges on 3 really. If he decides he don't fancy it then we won't bother
  16. Even in the vanishingly small chance of us winning 3 we'd almost certainly still go down anyway It's over
  17. The most predictable 1-0 home win I've ever seen We are totally sunk now. Even if we won all three remaining matches, it likely wouldn't be enough
  18. for those that have cancelled - including me How many more payments are due for "this" season ? I'm assuming at least one more in May? My direct debit usually goes around 1st of the month I think?
  19. can we throw rotten fruit at them on the "lap of appreciation"?
  20. If I had £500m lying around I would be enjoying my life somewhere else and definately not investing it in this football club!
  21. any chance of a t shirt with a sausage roll on?
  22. no idea how accurate, but it was the figure that came up after a bit of digging. I imagine it's not too far off and probably includes any debts or future liablities as well as the price of the club Either way, I suspect any fans consortium is probably going to come up a bit short!
  23. a consortium? to buy the club - well the clubs value (although varies) is listed at approx £650m so you just need to get every season ticket holder to chip in 30 grand or so and you might be on to something If it is more about fan action and a voice - then I would suggest swinging your support behing the Foxes Trust might be a better way to go
