  1. I cannot work out what Jason Harriman is saying.
  2. These articles about PSR aren't really written in support of ourselves, more of a nod to not liking the current system, we achieved then declined and linking the two which is nowhere near the whole story.
  3. Football in league form has been around for nearly 140 years. Cup football for over 155 years. Yet perception is narrowed to probably between 1950s to 1990s. Huddersfield won three titles in a row, the same overall as Leeds, yet would never be considered a similar size. Football has fluctuated throughout time and has probably been through several revolutions. I mean, Man City are labelled as cheats for their recent behaviour yet Arsenal, in 1915, allegedly bribed their way to promotion. As it was before anyone who is alive now would remember it, it wouldn't be mentioned.
  4. Yep. Plenty to be proud of- lots of excellent beaches, beautiful countryside, variety of music, passion for multiple sports. Climate is generally tolerable.
  5. Financially we need a reset but optically too. We have to change our wage structure, pay lower basic wages and incentivise. Is there the inclination, the will and the expertise to do so? I feel we are stuck in this short term risk cycle and will just attempt to blitz again and deal with it later.
  6. This mob can play out the last two games. Also affects the integrity of the league if we suddenly chose players who put the effort in whilst others around Millwall got to play against the usual failures.
  7. This is why I respect the singing section and Union FS. They put their heads above the parapet and try to be proactive in doing things- creating at atmosphere, Tifos, foodbank collections. And that is why they get criticised, because they are visible and audible. If they packed it in we would be even more soulless and dull.
  8. The league is poor quality. Ipswich are nowhere near as good as a couple of years ago. Hull weren't great the other night. Derby were possibly the poorest team we played at home. Some effort, organisation and a bit of flair and you'll be fine.
  9. Excellent work by the singing section on Tuesday. Absolutely wound up the loyalists who cannot compute that, if they do not like what is being chanted, they could do it for themselves. "How is this helping!?" Yes, far better to sit there and contribute nothing as per usual.
  10. Bury and AFC Wimbledon both average well into the thousands for attendance. A well orgainsed, marketed club related to Leicester City, should the original fold, would surely get at least that many at the start, then grow? I don't expect 25-30k but if, somehow, it reached the National League you would hope to attract five figure crowds. Plenty have been driven away by the club and modern professional football, too.
  11. Burnley have had the most forgettable Premier League season in a long time.
  12. We are going to see how invested Aiyawatt is, emotionally and financially, in this club in the near future. If he is bothered he will seek guidance and assistance.....
  13. If it means the owners are held to account then good. We cannot continue this hero worship forever.
  14. Ours is by far the bigger story on the BBC Sport site.
  15. They would probably applaud that as well.
  16. There is no joined up thinking with this lot, is there? "They are all glory supporters" as they sit through a third relegation in four years. "Who will buy the club?" because the God in charge has operated it so well it has left us on the brink and unattractive to potential suitors. " More financial pressure" so let's carry on with the current situation. Never articulate, comprehensive or well-researched. Just limited, lazy, contradictory opinions.
  17. Has Manish Bhasin asked Leroy what he thinks about it?
  18. Give him a break, he has to watch Leicester in his spare time.
  19. He is streets above the rest in terms of quality and application. Lad needs to get a proper move now.
  20. If he had any quality, another club would have approached about hiring him.
  21. The people who claim they back the lads should actually do it. We would have a fantastic atmosphere if they left Facebook and contributed.
  22. Someone on here, I believe it was @Paninistickers, claimed a while ago that an element of our fanbase cannot cope with the idea of us having a good team, having excellent players, and it is utterly bewildering.
  23. Matty Piper has been the star of the season.
  24. The Aiyawatt love in is ludicrous. Vichai gets too much credit but, you could say, he had the money to purchase us, was in control during the title win and the vast majority of the 2019-21 squad were signed in his tenure. It is overblown but at least the basis is more sound. Aiyawatt has been in charge for 7 and a half years, through multiple relegations and financial turmoil, yet all he still requires is "help"? Jesus. Has Lineker been out with his usual club putting down yet?
  25. Make Nigel Pearson the Life President.
