Imagine 😂
-
Another explanation could be that he has done very little to warrant more starts.
-
People need to get over this Jake Evans nonsense. Yes he needs to be eased in with 10-20 minute impact sub performances this season, but no way should he be starting games without showing that he can step up in those sub appearances. I don't have faith in Ayew, Daka or Carranza, therefore signing Antonio on a short term deal is a no brainer in my opinion - definitely if we can send back Carranza in January.
-
James and Skipp needs to be our pivot from now on. Sign James up ASAP and make him captain.
-
Sign up Jordan James in January, with a view to giving him the captaincy in the summer and promise to build a team around him. Keep working with the youngsters and carry on selling the deadwood. If we get into the playoffs, then great, but the priority needs to be next season and having a healthy squad of players who want to be here. Hopefully this PSR/points deduction nonsense has been resolved and that can be behind us to give things a proper go next season.

Realistic Managerial Replacements
scinnell replied to winteriscoming's topic in Leicester City Forum
My ideal replacement would be Mark Robins, as I think he is the closest thing to Pearson in the lower leagues. I wouldn't mind Gary O'Neil as I rate him as a manager. Did a very good job at Bournemouth and his early days at Wolves. Yes, he fell away towards the end, but I feel Wolves are a poisoned chalice club at the minute - at manager would struggle once they settle and new manager bounce wears off. -
The January Transfer Window …..Dos the major surgery start?
scinnell replied to Sly's topic in Leicester City Forum
Historically we never do anything in the January transfer window. Roll on the Summer. -
I had optimism of this last season which quickly evaporated. I thought Nelson, Alves, Monga would be key players, with Braybrooke, Page, Evans making the bench. I refuse to let myself do that again. We always find a way to ruin it.

Leicester v Middlesboro - Tuesday 4th November

3 at the back ready for the return of Big Soutts! We are so back -
He can use this opportunity to drop these senior players. The likes of Faes and hitlers love child would easily f@ck off in a world cup year if they're not being played. Bloke is a muppet.

Realistic Managerial Replacements
scinnell replied to winteriscoming's topic in Leicester City Forum
Needs to be a no nonsense manager, who has plenty of experience in the football leagues and has built the foundations at clubs. Surely we could get Mark Robins out of Stoke - but could we afford him - probably not. -

The goat was one of a kind and we will never experience another prolific striker like that at our football club. -
As much as I agree with that to some degree, he is choosing to ignore younger talented players and rotate with players who have outstayed their welcome at the club. Players like Soumare, Faes and Spaka have proven time and time again that they're not fit to wear the shirt. I'm sure I've read that Spaka has one goal in 46 games 😂 surely Evans or even Hutchinson can do better than that.

Now get Evans on the bench tomorrow and move Hutchinson up to the U21's. -
Never going to happen, but get Page, Nelson and Aluko on the bench. Some of these games will be comfortable wins and an excellent opportunity to give them first team minutes.
-
I agree about Souttar, but I have a feeling he signs for Sheff Utd in January for a depression and panic move after his comeback.
-
I like this manager, but he is really testing my patience.
-
It won't happen, but tonight is a great opportunity to see a Nelson/Vesterguard partnership.
-
Sad to see a player his quality so low on confidence. We know his skillset in this division and hopefully he will rediscover this sooner rather than later. It must be difficult competing for that position with a player 11 years your junior and many believing that you are not the best player - especially after so many years of being the main guy in that position. Fans need to stick with him. He will be an asset in this division once his confidence returns. Sadly, I can't see this happening as we have a number of brainless idiots - I give it a number of weeks until he is being booed.

LCFC v Cov - Post Match Thread

Yep, levels above Okoli. Teams looks far more comfortable with Winks in the middle too. -
Is the loan window still open at all? If so, when does it shut? Wanya, Thomas and Cover need to play regular football at their ages.
