Leicester to bid £8m for Mainz forward Shinji Okazaki

Incorrect, You have to prove that your usage of  'queen' refers to proper nouns (names), otherwise the words should be used as common nouns and not capitalized. He could be writing a letter to RuPaul

what do you know about his relationship with Ru? your not in a  "Menage a trois " are you?

It's worrying that people actually believe that.

Clue us in then mate. Presumably you're aware of exactly what additional revenue a football club in our position can bring in by buying Asian players with his popularity. I'm looking forward to seeing sources of information, case studies etc.

Or maybe, just maybe, you're talking crap as usual and as usual you have no idea what you're talking about.

Do we need him? Probably not.

If we got rid of Nugent/Wood then yeah maybe. But for 8m quid, it's a big risk. The price tag for Kramaric was a risk, but he's alot younger. But then again, we payed 7m for Ulloa...

I'd pass.

Think we will move forward with 5 strikers to suit all formations/styles of play and to provide cover. Strengthening of the strike force this summer will be done in the form of Wood out, Okazaki in I reckon. We have to look for real strength in depth now to progress.

If we get Okazaki then I think we could do with a top quality attacking midfielder to rival mahrez and nugent

Okazaki can play that role as well, and wide ( usually left side when called upon ). Pearson loves players who can play multiple roles within the team. Flexibility.

The next transfer Hammer! After Johannes Geis (21; 12 million to Schalke) now leaves but also striker Shinji Okazaki (29) FSV Mainz 05!
The change of the small Japanese to Leicester City in the Premier League is to BILD information on the stage! The English pay over 10 million euros transfer fee, the official announcement of the deal is a mere formality.

Leicester, which on Wednesday also the former German international Robert Huth (30; previously only on loan from Stoke City) firmly committed, Okazaki wanted in winter: Overlooking the relegation battle of the 05er in the Bundesliga leaning manager Christian Heidel (52) time but a 12.5-million-offer nor off!
Even now blocks the Mainz-makers on request from the subject yet: "There is no agreement - so there's by my side this far also nothing to say!"

Local papers, have this week only started to report, interest from PL clubs, with city showing most interest.

No done deal as yet.

Mainz Manager saying interests shown, but no movement as yet, in fact the nearest they came to English news, was the Queens visit.

my own opinion, seen him a few times, decent player at 29 gives us experience, maybe 3-4 yrs game time.

10-11 mil.euros. maybe too much but gives us more recognition in the Asian market, especially when connected to PL or

Bundesliga. Most likely the main reason we are looking at him, for that reason not to be sniffed at.

Haha, I've had offers but so far none are tempting enough

Nugent a top quality attacking midfielder?

More than likely off to Tokyo in October to see my friends out there. This couldn't be better timed, especially as I owe one of them a Leicester shirt!

Oh yes. Of course 200 thousand Asians are going to shell out 40 quids worth of merchandise in two weeks just because a Japanese international plays for Leicester ****ing City. How silly of me.

I remember seeing a group of 10 come over to see Yuki Abe when he played for us.

Shinji will be a star

Quite how we're going to fit Ulloa, Vardy, Kramaric and Okazaki (forget Nuge, he'll rival Mahrez for the CAM spot) into a squad and keep them all happy I have no idea.

If we continue with this 3-4-1-2 formation then at least one of our £8m-ish strikers will be spending a considerable amount of time on the bench, maybe two if Vardy continues to start. Maybe Krama or Okazaki can drop back to the free role position but IMO they are both better as strikers, and I prefer someone more creative there anyway who can beat a man, pick a pass and drop back into midfield when needed - like Mahrez.

It's good to have competition and all but I can't help feel that we're overdoing it slightly.

Don't know why some people are worried we have scouted him for God knows how long pearson and Walsh rarely sign a bad player. Yes he's 29 but if his goals keep us up another season 8m is a drop in the ocean. Above all he fits the pearson mold hard working and bags of energy. I'm excited about this signing

I think this could well be an excellent signing, if it goes ahead. The number of goals he has scored at international level is quite good, to say the least.

I hope this signing comes off.

How do you know they won't?

What about TV appearance money? Someone who lives in Japan has told us we'll be on TV every week if we sign him.

Why don't you just admit you don't have a clue what you're talking about?

Uh, actually, that's not far off.

If you go to a sports shop in Japan, it's easier to find a shirt for a European club that a Japanese player plays for than a local team.

I wanted an Avispa Fukuoka shirt and the locals thought this was both weird and hilarious. They're big in to football but not many follow their local teams, they're mostly interested in Japanese players abroad.

Kagawa Dortmund shirts, Honda Milan shirts, etc everywhere. I'll be surprised if I can't find an Okazaki Leicester shirt when I go even though a lot of the people I met had never heard of Leicester last time I went (or even Wales) and I gave up and told everyone I was from London.

Those that did know Wales usually said either Ryan Giggs or Gareth Bale. Global football is a massive market there.

I do, however, doubt this "Asian pride" theory that loads of Thai, Malay, Chinese, Korean etc fans are going to go nuts for Leicester because we sign an Asian player. Especially given half the continent hates Japan!

International goals don't really count he probably scored 5 in a friendly with Mongolia or something in that nature
