Mike Oxlong Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 Does indykalia have no shame? @indybollox Stringer invite to join him on the Moan In Possible co-commentator job in the pipeline RL dream ticket
Gerard Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 Don't be so sure. And Ranieri revealed he would like to coach Balotelli one day. "I would welcome Balotelli with open arms," Ranieri said in an interview with Corriere dello Sport. "He is a formidable talent. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/italy/8888169/Mario-Balotelli-draws-praise-from-Inter-Milan-coach-Claudio-Ranieri-after-Italy-form.html
TrentFox Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 Balotelli has to be the most overrated player in recent PL history. He has the potential to kill any team he joins with a dubious attitude, (admittedly observed as an outsider). But if this were true, and j doubt it is, I have a sneaking suspicion he might do well here. He would be the big fish. No competitors. He'd be immersed in a fabulous team ethic and he might just thrive in it. But I still suspect it's total BS!!
Gerard Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 Balotelli appears to have no future at Liverpool and you have to wonder where he goes from there. Leicester could be as good a choice as any and might give Ranieri a chance to bring in what he considers a potential world class striker.
Sly Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 Mario is a loose cannon and totally uncontrollable. A loveable rouge in many ways. A massive talent, who really needs to be loved, have an arm put around him 24/7 and made to feel special. On his day, he's a genius. He just needs to have his head in the right place.
RedSoxUK Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 Wouldn't start him above Okazaki, Ulloa, Vardy, Nugent, or Kramaric. So no, maybe a loan signing for the U21s to replace Hopper. Very big no from me.
Soar Fox Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 4 years of building up a team spirit and togetherness would all be ruined by 1 signing.
sphericalfox Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 Baliotelli is a head case. He went to Liverpool as they were desperate to find someone and struggled to replace Suarez. He is paid handsomely and they were the only ones who were mad enough to pay it. I don't know anyone has the skills to get him to play properly, and increase his mind past that of a sheltered 10yr old, and not certain the pain to try and see if he could woild be worth it. He's a team destroyer. Saying all this, could we **** pay his wages and mega fees and add ons even for a loan. The time I've spent typing this, I'll never get back.

I'm not sure he is. He's fairly talented, but having seen him for quite a few years now, he's not that good.
Dan Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 Not a risk we should even consider. He's a liability most of the time. I couldn't think of a player more unsuited to us.
ToeKneeHandCock Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 I'm not sure he is. He's fairly talented, but having seen him for quite a few years now, he's not that good. On his day he's capable of the sublime. Unfortunately those days seem few and far between. Perhaps more worrying is the fact he doesn't seem bothered by it.
Alex_LCFC Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 Balotelli had the potential to be world class in his younger days. Fame money and attitude took over him. His wages and attitude word out most clubs off him

Scotch Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 I like Balotelli. He is capable of being great and is a real character, something i think modern football lacks. That been said, I wouldn't want him anywhere near our team. Not that there is any chance of this happening.
RowlattsFox Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 Like balotelli would consider coming to Leicester.
6ups 6downs 2 cups Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 Was talking about Balotelli at work the other day about which club would be mad enough to try and sign him, then I realised...it's us!
BlueJoe Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 If they take a punt on Balotelli after sacking Pearson the level of irony at the club will have gone from 0-60 in 2.5 fireworks! Why swap one headline grabbing loon for another???
BlueJoe Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 Like balotelli would consider coming to Leicester.Think he would do it just for the chance to score in front of the Kop at Anfield!
Will1981 Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 Think he would do it just for the chance to score in front of the Kop at Anfield! cant play against parent club when on loan.
Dan Posted 22 July 2015 Posted 22 July 2015 Think he would do it just for the chance to score in front of the Kop at Anfield! He's had enough chances without success
