It will be Shakespeare and Walsh with cambiasso in a coaching role, watch this space

I'd go with that but Chris Powell as coach. Not sure that will add to the King Power brand though.

I'd quite like Chris Powell to leave his position as manager of Huddersfield Town to become a coach at Leicester too, but there's no way it's going to happen.

If that were to be the case we'd appease the powers that be who want introduce the Rooney Rule too.

Funny how he's done fairly decent jobs in his managerial career so far and can find jobs fairly easy compared to say John Barnes isn't it....

Judging by Twitter the players are flying out today to Austria, so don't expect any announcements later.

I would have thought today would be the day. Send him out with them.

They're on the plane judging by a picture i've just seen, so unless they're going to announce tonight, press conference tomorrow then join up with the players, but I can't see anything being announced imminently tbh.

Wtf is happening with Cotterill odds? Third fav on Betfair exchange.

Like the other times he's been up there, money must be going down based on something. What is it?

More like it now: at 35/1, was 4/1 recently. Just wondering why

There's very little depth in the market, particularly for the outsiders. You could take almost any of the 100/1+ shots down into single figures with about £20.

Apart from not being a big enough team (probably the explanation), can't understand why Sky Sports, BBC, TalkSport, etc aren't following this. Lots of repeated news about Sterling, Man U, etc but nothing on a PL manager. Would this be the case with any 'big' club? Surely, they'd be all over it.

They're not dealing with MI5: surely, they could ask leading candidates about their interest or even seeing what lcfc negotiators are up to?

Pathetic

I predict that if Ranieri isn't announced tomorrow, Di Matteo will climb to bookies favourites then, when he doesn't sign, Monday's favourite will be Cotteril, then Gourvennec.  I wonder if you can make bets on that?

now it shows they don't know. my thinking is they have got martin as option 1 and keep hitting road blocks. they have spoken to ranieri (the interview the other day) and he is waiting for the call and is 2nd choice. if the FAI offer martin this 2 year contract tomorrow and he accepts its claudio.

on the plus side, right now you can make profit off both and i think we can all agree, it will be one of these 2. famous last words

'This' 2 year contract 'tomorrow'? You know there's going to be an FAI offer and it will be tomorrow?!

Where has this 2 year contract nonsense come from? All I can find is reports saying that FAI sources say that he can leave!?

Edit - Found it.

Craig David 7 day's.

We interviewed Dyche on Monday, took Klopp for a drink on Tuesday, we asked O'Neill on Wednesday, and on Thursday and Friday and Saturday but appointed Ranieri on Sunday.
