Matt Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 Yes but there's any easy way round it. Which is? Genuinely interested!
st albans fox Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 Pearson was sacked and reinstated on a sunday given that i think we head out to austria on monday, if something was sorted then it would probably be announced. i doubt anything is sorted yet though
itsaknockeart Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 Which is? Genuinely interested! Ha, okay. For a lay bet, put a bet of £2 in at 1.01. Then change the stake to £2.01. Cancel the £2 bet and move the penny bet to whatever odds you want to lay at. (for a back bet do the same but start at 999/1)
chapero82 Posted 11 July 2015 Posted 11 July 2015 The bookies must be loving this cod they must have made s fortune

Heymister2015 Posted 12 July 2015 Posted 12 July 2015 Got to say di matteo has achieved more in a short managerial role! All Ranieri has done is spend money and win lower league titles! Also he's based in leamington spa and has connections with staff the board want to keep!
Tuna Posted 12 July 2015 Posted 12 July 2015 Lennon distances himself from the role: https://mobile.twitter.com/bbcrlsport/status/620128530920247296 Cos he knows he ain't wanted and ain't getting it. Can I also rule myeslf out of the running as well?
Robin JD Popley Posted 12 July 2015 Posted 12 July 2015 Given that Claudio's odds currently stand at 1/8 and Martin has drifted back to 7/2 makes me think that the Tinkerman may be the new man. Would happily welcome him here. Always liked him as a manager. A gentleman too!
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 12 July 2015 Posted 12 July 2015 Can still get the Tinkerman at 11/8 so wouldn't say it's a foregone conclusion at all.
st albans fox Posted 12 July 2015 Posted 12 July 2015 Sky have put the market back up with Ranieri at 1/8, O'Neill 7/2 Skybet on a different page to anyone else. They have clearly taken much more money on him than the others. I expect they will lay some of that risk and drift his price accordingly. He would then be expected to shorten a bit on other sites. of course, Sky may know something more concrete which is why they are holding him so short. Unless someone stays 1/6 or shorter for more than a day, I wouldn't read much into the odds.
ramboacdc Posted 12 July 2015 Posted 12 July 2015 Can still get the Tinkerman at 11/8 so wouldn't say it's a foregone conclusion at all. i think at this point you can make profit off both now. back him 13/8 on the betfair exchanges and martin at 7/2 on sky bet you cant lose. EDIT: got the odds wrong.

EDIT: got the odds wrong. Unless somebody else is appointed manager. The Ostrich hasn't ruled himself out yet.

katieakita Posted 12 July 2015 Posted 12 July 2015 Bert or Albert got anything to report? Also Wimbledon ending today and we all know who has been there

Jimothy Posted 12 July 2015 Posted 12 July 2015 Bert or Albert got anything to report? Also Wimbledon ending today and we all know who has been there Sue Barker?
CKB Posted 12 July 2015 Posted 12 July 2015 Would take all these odds with a pinch of salt, the bookies haven't a clue. Wasn't Preki like 1/4 once? and Bradley, etc, hell wasn't Cotterill like 10/11 at one point aswell?
Number 6 Posted 12 July 2015 Posted 12 July 2015 Think Ranieri is the best option for us right now. Only one to show public interest and has a relatively decent record (why are we linked with managers who have been poor internationally recently?). Might aid us in keeping Walsh too. Seems like a decent bloke too, didn't he joke with fans who were chanting "sacked in the morning" at him that it would actually be in the evening before?
Fridgechef Posted 12 July 2015 Posted 12 July 2015 Ryan Giggs odds keep coming in... I cannot see Giggs happening to be honest.
