I think they'll appoint someone not on that list .... don't know who...  but who saw Sven coming??

Unfortunately the self proclaimed best manager is not on that list.

Maybe it is as well that his successor was happy to move up north rather than 20 miles south.

I'm not saying it would happen, nothing realistic about this, but I'd be a bit disappointed if the owners didn't at leqst try to contact the likes of klopp or ancelotti. They can only say no, but it'd show some ambition.

Like I say, they'll more than likely say no, but give it a go.

Wouldn't mind Moyes, or going for a pochettino type manager

ULRIIIIKAKAKA (would take her over Dyche)

Three against the field.

Klopp, Cambiasso and Di Matteo.

NOT

Dyche, Lennon, ONeill, Allardyce, Moyes, 'Arry et al.

I want excitement, not populism and disappointment.

Thnk they want a manager who will get the bigger named players in and push us up the leauge. Dont get me wrong Pearson found some gems... The likes of Big Sam etc i dont think could do this but Klopp / Moyes just maybe....!?!?

Voting for who I think it'll be - Lennon. Not that I'd want him: I'd love Klopp, I'd be happy with Allardyce or Moyes, but we'll end up with a disaster of a manager like Dyche or Lennon, and it's all aboard the league one train for 17/18.

Think it will be Allardyce. Would love Hiddink but doubt he'd lower himself to us.

Posted

35 people actually think Klopp will get it. lol

I presume they only read the thread title and picked what they want to see rather than what they expect. Or they're reading way too much into his agent's comments that he'd consider a non-top 4 team (which read more like "hey, I'd like the Liverpool job please" than anything to me)

Not going to happen but ...from UK - Mick McCarthy or Kenny Jackett

Will any new manager believe that the Board will

a. give them time

b. be interested in anything other than the first team

c. want to build a football legacy

we're back on the treadmill of 12 month appointments, if that

Hello Tony Pulis in 6 months

To the two people that voted Redknapp. Please explain!?

I imagine that their voted for who they thought would be appointed as opposed to who they actually wanted

I've voted for Cambiasso as who i think will be appointed ..... not necessarily who I'd want to be (but not adverse to it either).

This for the same reason - will offer some continuity, international gravitas, and he planned the turn around (before the West Ham game) according to The Birch in a column he wrote before the seasons end.

As much as I'd hate Dyche initially he'd be favourable to Redknapp or Lambert

Agreed ' he would. But have the owners really lost all ambition?

Hello Tony Pulis in 6 months

Who would want to work with a board that financially backed and supported a manager through a run of a terrible form that saw us rooted to the bottom of the table for over half the season. Not for the first time either, they have been a lot more understanding than most with Pearson. Most sensible people can see that.

As long as they don't have any racist sex pests for offspring, which I think only rules out John Terry's dad, then they will probably get along fine with them.

I voted other: Craig Shakespeare, people want us to continue on the path we are on, the owners don't want Pearson causing more embarrassment, everyone is a winner.

Except Pearson, and his sex pest of a son, and his 2 mates.

Time will tell, in their defence it's not their fault that those names are available. Just hope they've done this with somebody in mind

A Cambiasso/Chrissy P dream team
