FuriousFox46 Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 As some of you (hopefully) know, I like to run the occasional LCFC 'greatest...' polls on my blog, and I've decided to go with villain this time round given recent events in Thailand. The poll results are private until I've written the post because City fans away from the forum will vote too. http://kwiksurveys.com/s/wd3asl04vwpkblq472939

Mark_w Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 It's Dennis Wise. But Tom Hopper should certainly be ahead of at least two thirds of the options.
Freesolo Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Denis Wise is the biggest ****, villain? from whats been going on this week it might end up being James Pearson,
Mark_w Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Denis Wise is the biggest ****, villain? from whats been going on this week it might end up being James Pearson, Dennis Wise sued the club for millions of pounds while we were in administration because we'd sacked him for punching his team mate. Do you really think that's less villainous than being friends with Tom Hopper?

Do you really think that's less villainous than being friends with Tom Hopper? The Denis wise thing cost money, If we don't stay in the Prem this season we will blame it on our manager or (i hope to god not) managers. All reports say that pearson got sacked because of the "sex tape" but more specifically because he wouldn't give up the argument about his son being reinstated, if the the 3rd individual in that video had not been Jame pearson I think Nige would't have give a shit got them all in a room give them the "Hairdryer" treatment and sacked them before they landed back in the UK. Hopper is a moron for sending the video your are right but James Pearson thought he had a little clout with his Daddy being the manager, he should have been out looking for a new club and not trying to ruin everything his father had built at Leicester manager wise, but instead he lingers around and is from what I'm reading the final straw when his Dad insults the Thai's trying to get him resigned. Edit:Its just my opinion.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 For me, the word villain invokes an element of comic. Dennis Wise is just a thoroughbred c*nt
splinterdream Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 It surely has to be Taylor for his pure incompetence, we are only just recovering from the mess he left.
Aus Fox Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Dennis tried to get the club wound up, he wanted to see us out of business for his own gain. This after we sacked him for breaking a colleagues jaw. Peter Taylor was just really poor at his job and should never have been given a premier league club with a big budget. Tom Hopper will be forgotten about if te right manager is appointed now and we move forwards. If we don't make te right choice he will e made into a bigger villain, yes he is stupid and racist and I am glad he's out of the club, but he's on a par with Wayne Brown on the villain list. Speedie was a huge villain, but came here and made up for it. Other Villians Barry Pierpoint and the Gang of Four. Mike Reid (the referee not Frank Butcher) Neil Warnock David Pleat
AlbertFox Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Dennis Wise sued the club for millions of pounds while we were in administration because we'd sacked him for punching his team mate. Not defending him as he's in my top 3 villains, but what you've said is not correct. IIRC the club was forced into administration due to the threat of a law suit from Wise who had been punished twice for the incident - he was fined on the trip and then sacked for the same offence a week or so later. Under UK law you cannot be punished twice for the same thing, so he sued for unfair dismissal, a case which he would have won.....

He's still much worse.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Taylor, not just for the fact that he did an abysmal job, but for the reason that he still stands by the work he did here. At least Holloway had the stones to admit he ****ed up.
davieG Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Incompetent managers aren't villains they're just incompetent. We've had other managers worst than Taylor like McLintock who got us relegated from the top flight in 1978 winning just 5 games at the same time Forest were winning the League. The season before we'd finished 11th under Bloomfield.
AlbertFox Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Fair enough, I was 8 so my memory of it is hazy. He's still much worse. 8?? Damn I feel old now....!!
foxychik Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Ah poop you've got Eric hall on the list was going to vote for the little shitc**t whose name I still can't say but wasn't Hall behind it all ?
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Big, gormless, pear shaped Pearson, by a mile. A goldfish in a blue and white bowl.
indierich06 Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Big, gormless, pear shaped Pearson, by a mile. A goldfish in a blue and white bowl. You've well and truly lost the plot now Charlie!
Corky Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 You've well and truly lost the plot now Charlie! He probably sees Dennis Wise as a harshly treated hero.
