The_77 Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 To be fair to the owners, the stadium *is* named King Power Stadium.
GaelicFox Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 I'm embarrassed, You live in corby Surely a little flag isn't what's really embarrassing you Or maybe the moaners are embarrasing you ?
GaelicFox Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 To be fair to the owners, the stadium *is* named King Power Stadium. It's Foxestalk Balance and fairness seem to be generally missing
Captain... Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Moronic post. Hardly like they're going to go skint overnight if they don't put their logo on a flag that's supposed to be about the football club is it? The 'company''s aspiration is to be a great football club. If the owners are using it as a marketing tool, that's of no interest to me. Just because they own the club, it does not give them the right to disrespect us or to make us look stupid without criticism. I think are people are actually forgetting that first and foremost, this is a football club. Not their business. I'll be damned if I'm going to let them or anyone else forget that. Ffs, you talk as if we aren't playing football anymore and are just doing choreographed adverts on the pitch. When it starts impacting on the football I will be first to complain. But they haven't they have made a flag.
Frank to be Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Not backing safe standing when 17 out of 19 other top flight clubs did (thee only others were the Liverpool clubs, go figure). Source?
BigMicky Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 This is probably the worst comment of the lot. 1. We didn't need 2 million to fund a much better display. We needed purely donations from fellow fans. There are tons of flags up in the Kop, there was a giant 'When You're Smiling' one a while ago. 2. I'm sure if the fans were as a rich as the Thais we'd put as much money into the club as they have. 3. The fans put hundreds, possibly thousands into the club every year. I'm sure it's a higher percentage of their income than what the owners put in and with no chance of a financial return on their investment. 4. Just because they can do what they like, doesn't mean they should. 5. If they actually, truly cared anything about the fans whatsoever they would simply have not put their logo on the flag. As I said, make a success of your life, earn the cash and then buy the club. You can do whatever you like then, you come across as a complete idiot, when will you realise that the club don't owe you anything. Your points don't warrant a reply.... Not sure what's worse, the flag or the fact that more than a handful of fully grown men are using the word "cringe" Haha spot on. Reserved for 16 year old girls isn't it?
lifted*fox Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 I think are people are actually forgetting that first and foremost, this is a football club. I'll be damned if I'm going to let them or anyone else forget that. Ahhhh, haha. Just noticed this bit. ****ing hell, hilarious. Good luck on your crusade, you ****ing badman warrior. Jesus.

I'm going for the latter, I will be booing my tits off when they unfurl that flag, I will most probably leave before kick off and protest outside with kitch. #makingadifference

Master Fox Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Didn't they handout free #Fearless t-shirts at one of the away games last season?
BigMicky Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Didn't they handout free #Fearless t-shirts at one of the away games last season? Yes and people moaned about them....
Larry_LCFC Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Yes and people moaned about them.... Because its embarrassingly shit...
BigMicky Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Because its embarrassingly shit... Why?? Because fans of other clubs say so? You don't have to wear them. Nothing like trying to create unity now is there...
Larry_LCFC Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Why?? Because fans of other clubs say so? You don't have to wear them. Nothing like trying to create unity now is there... Why? Because its ****ing stupid. What has #Fearless got to do with Leicester City and why the hell would anyone want a t-shirt with it written on it? Fair play to the club for doing these things, but my god the marketing department need shooting. Its stupidly awful.
srbfox Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 I really don't get this, why is it embarrassing? We have managed to create a good atmosphere with (and importantly) a family element. If we want this club to move forward and reach the heights we all dream off then a family atmosphere is key. T-shirts, clappers and giant flags with whatever corporate logo on it all helps that.

Its the #Fearless which is embarrassing. Put a Leicester logo on them or anything. Just not some shit irrelevant #tag drivel.
srbfox Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 My wife's a Manc and she has laughed at the #fearless so I see where your coming from. #COYB
srbfox Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 But who cares what other clubs think if us, I certainly don't!

Based on your extensive market research and knowledge of current social media trends no doubt....
AlphaMaleFox Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 The flag is great. C'mon Union FS lads, now you can do some pyro under it! https://youtu.be/p3_r_dSoq1o
Larry_LCFC Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Based on your extensive market research and knowledge of current social media trends no doubt....Based on being a fan of the club and seeing alot of similar opinions. Do you go out of your way to disagree with everyone deliberately?
Raj Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 First glance back in for a week and I'm completely dumbfounded by some remarks on here. This is truely turning into a very negative-induced forum with some muppet moaners on board. Some of you cvnts would moan if we signed Messi, won the Champions League and had José M as boss. Here's to a great win tomorrow, I'm sure some of you will still be crying though!!!
