Chelve84 Posted 11 September 2015 Posted 11 September 2015 We have been mentioned a few times how good our atmosphere is and that it's so good are stand bounces and It would be great to hear redknapp and sky realise how good we are.

Wymsey Posted 11 September 2015 Posted 11 September 2015 Are we having those clapping things for every home game?
ScouseFox Posted 11 September 2015 Posted 11 September 2015 this will be a big test of the atmosphere i reckon. sunday game? aye. unglamourous opposition? aye. on tele? aye. not much riding on the game? aye. potential to be a wet one.
promised land Posted 11 September 2015 Posted 11 September 2015 I think someone said last season when we played united, they position the mics so that they are closer to the away fans than the home ones else where around the ground. I think he mentioned they moved the ones near the away end just before kick off but ones infrint of the east stand stayed put.

A wet one normally makes it much easier. Personally think there'll be friction.
ScouseFox Posted 11 September 2015 Posted 11 September 2015 Every PL game has something riding on it well yeah in theory but really tomorrow is not gonna feel as important as the end of last season is it. it's not make or break so that intense atmosphere won't be there, probably.

Izzy Posted 11 September 2015 Posted 11 September 2015 I'd say it's a must win game for Premiership survival. It's a 'six pointer'.....in September
Dr The Singh Posted 11 September 2015 Posted 11 September 2015 I'd say it's a must win game for Premiership survival. Are you sure your not a spawn of Rincy????

I think he mentioned they moved the ones near the away end just before kick off but ones infrint of the east stand stayed put. It depends who we're playing I should think. It's so obvious that the Man Utd away ends are turned up for every live game. Same with Man City. I know they're probably loud anyway, but there's no way they're that much louder than every other away end every single time. They probably won't bother moving the microphones for Villa.
Foxfromburbage Posted 11 September 2015 Posted 11 September 2015 I'm the TV Side over here - so as always I want to hear you foxes !
Kitchandro Posted 11 September 2015 Posted 11 September 2015 It being a Sunday is the biggest factor, but at least it's not an early kick off. I've got faith in us now to create an atmosphere. We used to be so inconsistent and you could never rely on us to be loud - some games would be amazing and others would be awful with no logical explanation. Now I believe we've got a great group of people leading the atmosphere, people who are totally committed to it. And dont underestimate the power of reputation and the desire to live up to it. Everyone praising us for atmosphere can only be a good thing.
Guest Papasmurf Posted 11 September 2015 Posted 11 September 2015 An hours extra boozing. I'll be making a noise.
Dan Posted 12 September 2015 Posted 12 September 2015 Our ground sounds so much better in person than on TV.
