According to many inside the party he is encouraging it and was happy to outsoucre party discipline to Twitter.

It's great Corbyn has brought it out in them to a wider audience, this was something never spoken about ten years ago and now the whole country has been able to see it.

Oh behave.

There's left wing and right wing idiots on the internet. I'm quite sure you don't need me to dig out a load of white power twitter and Facebook trolls just to prove that point.

Does baffle me that Kendal is actually in the labour party, mind.

White Power Twitter is now considered the "opposite" side to Labour members/Corbyn supporters?

Really, boys?

Well yes, it's an absolutely ludicrous comparison, I've barely seen a "white power" Twitter or Facebook account in years, every time you go onto the timeline or someone like Kendall, Woodcock or Umanna now you'll see an absolutely stream of unspeakable abuse towards them from "left wing activists" who often have Labour roses on or "I voted Corbyn" plastered all over the account. It's beyong laughable to even try and say the right has an equivalent to this.

Whether you like it or not the left has came across to the country as extremely nasty over the last few years, can you imagine how many Tory voters were created when Thatcher dies. nothing says "I'm a cnut" more dancing in the street at someones death or turning up to a funeral to scream abuse. Now this lot actually have some serious clout within a major political party and the leadership don't seem to want to bother stopping it.

Some serious irony this is all happening while the Tories are going through a huge bullying scandal as well.

That's because the 'further' right prefer 4chan and reddit to Twitter and Facebook. Look on there and you'll find plenty of pretty extreme views.

Do these website users have clout in a major political party?

No, and nor do I think for a second that a career politician would be swayed overly by what they have experienced on Twitter or Facebook, either. If anything, all of those sites have equal levels of influence.

4chan? We're taking 4chan seriously now? I mean jesus.

I sincerely hope not, and I also hope that we're not taking what people say via Twitter or FB seriously either, because either way it's just words on the Internet. Either both are to be taken seriously or neither.

It's being treated very serious, people have been charged, numerous MP's have received death threats and security has been increased outside MP's offices when they are holding surgeries.

Tom Watson and others are even now drawing up a code of conduct that he wants all Labour members to sign up to, it involves everything from abuse on social media to campaigning for de-selection so they can take action on those who do break the rules -  this Momentum group is deadly serious and they intend to change Labour forever.

What was wrong with what he said anyway?

You just don't put the effort into your trolling, these days.

OK. So what was wrong with it then? I'm not arguing either way, just interested to know what people think is so wrong about what he said.

You do know he bought a 50 mil yacht  of a Muslim sheik and sold  one of his businesses to a Muslim royal family. So he does not  have Islamophobic feelings for all Muslims. Just those  riff raff who do not have money.

He'll be cool with ISIS then.

He said that Muslims shouldn't be allowed to enter the US.

It's Hilter-esque.

Well he said temporarily while they get a better understanding of the threat so as to not put Americans at risk for no reason.

Behave, Trump is this year's Nigel Farage, the chattering classes must listen to what he says and they must get upset about it to show how caring they are.
