Guest CityFan 06 Posted 24 October 2015 Posted 24 October 2015 Have to say I'd rather us not sing it today.
Guest Posted 24 October 2015 Posted 24 October 2015 Oh no! Another club who sings a song a bit louder than us! I'll never be able to live this down

Finnegan Posted 24 October 2015 Posted 24 October 2015 For the millionth time, it'll stop when people don't want to do it anymore. Let people sing what they want if it makes a noise. Who gives a **** what other fans think? Any song or action that self conscious hipsters want us to stop doing because some other tin pot group of fans might laugh at it is probably one that's doing well. Stop being so insecure. Really, why does anyone care what Crystal Palace fans think? They're literally a bunch of teenage cheerleaders who got a bit too obsessed with St Pauli and didn't grow out of it. They take the piss out of a song you're singing just smile and sing it louder.
ScouseFox Posted 24 October 2015 Posted 24 October 2015 fu cking hate crystal palace an the way half the kunting world thinks they invented singing
Deucalion Posted 24 October 2015 Posted 24 October 2015 As I get older, it bugs me more and more that songs have swearwords in them. I just think it would be so much more classy if we expressed ourselves without it. Or maybe allow ourselves the occasional expletive just to really emphasise a point maybe. I don't expect anyone to listen however. If people like doing it, then they will continue to do it. And long live personal choice and people enjoying themselves at the football.
Finnegan Posted 24 October 2015 Posted 24 October 2015 Our home atmosphere > Palace's. I don't give a flying toss if ours is down to a bunch of corporate branded clappers our club handed out, they can have their moral victory because they've got one block singing of their own accord with some flags. Great. Well done them. Now get the decibel meter out and see who's really making more noise per head shall we? What's that? They're not keen?

Kitchandro Posted 24 October 2015 Posted 24 October 2015 Why because those nasty Crystal Palace fans might make fun of us? Our atmosphere shits all over theirs now, they're old news and a smaller club. I've heard that song about twice in the last year anyway.
