Southampton complete a league double over Leicester City for the first time since 2007-08 in the Championship. It is their first double over the Foxes in the top flight since 1986-87.

A bad omen for Leicester... they went on to be relegated both those seasons.

No Shots on Target Shootout Weekend!

both Us and Palace have had two games on the trot with 0 shots on target.

Three will be a Prem record… it’s a fight to the death (and crap shooting)!

And people say this team lacks consistency.

Surely there's a west African player named Constance Sistay we can sign.

After winning four consecutive Premier League games against Leicester City between 2017 and 2019, Crystal Palace are now without a victory in their past seven meetings.

Having kept a clean sheet in five of their six Premier League games before the World Cup break, the Foxes are the only side without one since the competition's resumption and they have conceded 22 goals in 12 matches.

Harvey Barnes is Leicester's joint-top scorer in the league this season with nine goals. He's only reached double figures in a league campaign once before - that was in 2018-19 and included nine goals for West Brom in the Championship.

Have we ever gone longer in the PL without keeping a clean sheet? think it'll be 13 games in a row on Saturday if we don't keep one...?

Suppose we were getting beat basically every week at one point in 2014/15.

Palace recorded 20 shots by the break - the most in a Premier League half by any side since 2015.

(Palace were ranked 18th of 20 in shots per game going in.)

Conceding late has been a huge problem for City. That’s now seven points they have dropped after the 75th minute of games, the joint-most in the Premier League. Making matters worse is that they are one of only two sides who haven’t gained any points in the final 15 minutes.

Bournemouth's form on the road has been rotten, losing eight of their last nine on their travels before this game, but victory saw them keep just their second clean sheet in 25 away games.

So bad it needed repeating to really drill home how poor we've been.

In each of the previous two occasions where Leicester were relegated from the top-flight, Arsenal claimed the Premier League title. Back in 2004, the Foxes followed Leeds United and Wolves down into the Championship while the 'Invincibles' completed an unbeaten campaign.

Then two years prior to that, Leicester went down to the second-tier along with Ipswich and Derby County.

Leicester are the only side without a clean sheet since the resumption of the Premier League after the World Cup, having kept a shutout in five of their six matches before the break.

Wolves are yet to score in five Premier League matches at Leicester - only Birmingham City have visited a side more without scoring in the competition (seven, against Manchester United).

Jamie Vardy has scored three goals in his past four league games against Wolves. His only league goal so far this season was in the Foxes' 4-0 win in the reverse fixture.

We know what this means for Saturday then.

Lump on.

Probably a bad time to mention that Wolves have never scored away here in a Premier League game. So either that falls or the clean sheet since the World Cup falls.
