davieG Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Will the chelsea match be shown on sky in pubs as well does anyone know? In addition to the opportunity to watch the match with fellow fans inside King Power stadium, there are hundreds of local pubs, social clubs and other venues in the city and surrounding area that will be broadcasting the games on Sky Sports and would welcome Leicester City fans at their venues. You can find details of all of the pubs in Leicester which will be showing the match on the Sky Pub Finder App – details here: pubfinder.sky.com
GaelicFox Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Sky have a priority list they will show games in this order bellow , if there is no match to crown champions then they show the relegation deciders , if there are no relegation deciders they then go to champions league place deciders .... And so on Historically they have shown every game behind the red button but not sure they will do so this time If we are crowned champions against Everton I suspect this game might get bumped off TV for a relegation game Sky priority order Champions deciders Relegation deciders Champions league deciders Europa league deciders
SystonFox Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Id be surprised if we aren't on tv against Chelsea even if anything has been decided (in our favour) Story of the season Last seasons champs handing over the trophy to new champs Lifting of the trophy etc. I'm fairly sure the trophy will not be presented against Everton if it happens to be that fixture that seals it for us. If we seal it vs man Utd then yeah fair enough but they won't wheel down the trophy for Everton "just in case"

sylofox Posted 24 April 2016 Posted 24 April 2016 Going to the pub is a great idea for the Chelsea game. Unless the league is one but still a relegation fight. Sky will show games with meaning.
AjcW Posted 24 April 2016 Posted 24 April 2016 Standard crap Max ticket 1 per account online then. Christ they need to get themselves out of the stone age with the website etc for next season!
KFS Posted 24 April 2016 Posted 24 April 2016 Do we think they'll allow multiple ticket sales on the phone? Or is the 1 ticket standard practise across all channels?
DeclanMC Posted 24 April 2016 Posted 24 April 2016 Managed to get 4 tickets for Man Utd. Phone lines at capacity when I called, but relatively simple to get it done via the site.
Larry_LCFC Posted 24 April 2016 Posted 24 April 2016 Why would you sooner be there paying over the odds on alcohol when you could go to the pub? I'd understand if it was a proper beam back on the pitch. But that just seems pointless I agree. Not really a beamback at all when its on Sky anyway. If its just being shown in the stadium bars, I'll just watch it in a local pub. We could have quite easily sold half the ground out with a massive big screen on the pitch

Me and the mrs thought about taking my daughter but we can sit at home and watch it ourselves without paying £3.50 a pint.

davieG Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 So they wanted to open the stadium and show it on the big screens but were denied the opportunity Leicester denied chance to broadcast final Premier League away games on King Power Stadium screens 14:43, 26 APR 2016 UPDATED 14:44, 26 APR 2016 BY AARON FLANAGAN The Foxes had planned to allow their supporters into the stadium for the momentous occasion but the league's top brass have put a halt to proceedings The Premier League have rejected Leicester City's proposals to allow fans to watch their final two away matches of the season on the big screens at the King Power Stadium The Foxes are just one win away from securing the title after Tottenham slipped up against West Brom on Monday night. It means that those who could not get a ticket for Leicester's trip to Manchester United this weekend will be forced to watch the potentially title-sealing clash on television. Foxes chiefs had hoped to open up the stadium to broadcast the fixture, along with the final day game at Chelsea, but they have been refused permission. Premier League officials have ruled that they cannot do so because clubs are not allowed to show Sky Sports or BT Sport footage in front of a large audience. The rule has been put in place to stop the broadcasting giants from missing out on subscriptions to their services. Leicester will show the final two games in their hospitality suites at the King Power Stadium, but that rules that only 1,600 spaces can be filled. The Keith Weller Lounge, Walkers Hall and 1884 Sports Bar will all be opened to supporters for the final away matches. Supporters will have to pay £5, or £3 for under 18s, to attend the screening. But all proceeds will go to the LCFC Foxes Foundation and every supporter will receive either a bottle of beer or a bottle of water. In pictures - Leicester 4-0 Swansea:
Smiffy Fox Posted 12 May 2016 Posted 12 May 2016 Sky will not be showing the Chelsea game on Sunday now. Will this still be shown at the stadium as I've got tickets?

The Year Of The Fox Posted 12 May 2016 Posted 12 May 2016 Will that main Leicester pub on hotel street have it on still? Without naming names?
