swanningaround Posted 24 April 2016 Posted 24 April 2016 Hi all, I'm a lifelong Swansea supporter of over 40 years but today I will be quite happy to lose (on the supposition we are safe!!) It's because I'm fed up of the same old same old and, like many other "neutrals" hope you break the status quo and prove to everybody that team spirit, hard work and belief are still worth more than money. You gave us a good thrashing at our place, we were almost as bad as you were good. You totally deserve to be top and I think you deserve the title. So this Swansea Jack is rooting for a foxy revolution, go get it people, you've been the best this season. Besides, you've won me some money this season, I've had some winning bets on you at 1-0 but I have you down for 4-0 today at 25-1!! Maybe I shouldn't bet against my lads? Reality bites! I thought Vardy was harshly dealt with, most times that so called dive would have been waved play on or just got a free kick. Do any of you suspect the big teams/players like Rooney or Aguerro wouldn't have seen red? I've heard some conspiracy theories that the PL hierarchy are trying to derail your season and I hope that's complete BS because I think you have been good for football. Anyway, enough said, good luck all.

I'm from the Mumbles originally but live in Trallwn now. I've been to Leicester, but to Welford road for European rugby, not made it to the KP yet, hopefully next season.

My Mum lived with her parents in Richardson Street (right by The Vetch field).

I stayed in Mumbles when holidaying in Swansea when I was about 10, nice area if I remember correctly. All the best for the rest of the season, after today of course, I'm expecting a tough match.

swanningaround Posted 24 April 2016 Author Posted 24 April 2016 hope Ashley Williams feels the same.. And apparently he did!!!!! It was a definite handball, though a good finish. Maybe Fabianski felt tbe same too. Well done you Foxes, now finish the feckn job. My only regret........I only had £2 on the result.

MANFACE Posted 24 April 2016 Posted 24 April 2016 I lived in Swansea for 9 years before moving up to Newbridge. Got some cracking Swansea mates who love what Leicester are doing and I consider Swansea as my second team, Yes, I have been to watch them as well. We all hate Cardiff City............
