smr Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 When you drive past someone's house who have never supported leicester before but now their house is draped in leicester flags. Thoughts? Really irks me tbh, I shouldn't let it but it does, especially when they supported Liverpool before :E :\ #Bandwagon #Plastic
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 Almost as bad as people who bought a membership in April imo
smr Posted 9 May 2016 Author Posted 9 May 2016 How do you know which house supported Leicester? Missus knows them
goose2010 Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 couldn't care less to be honest. More fans the merrier.
norfolkfox222 Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 I gotta say i do not like seeing people who are clearly jumping on the band wagon, you can just tell who they are, I bet theyve never heard of Kerrea Gilbert.

Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 This is getting boring now You'll just have to get used to the fact that the club will have more followers now Embrace it!
TrentFox Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 Yeah ... that's how I run my business. If anyone tries to buy my services, and they haven't been there since the days when I was crap, I tell them to sod off.
kingcarr21 Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 Wah Wah Wah plastic this plastic that. Honestly its getting beyond pathetic now. You cant stop someone deciding to support us so why let it bother you so much. If it means we get a bigger fan base then im all for it.
mick47 Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 Yeah ... that's how I run my business. If anyone tries to buy my services, and they haven't been there since the days when I was crap, I tell them to sod off. Well said that man.

ramboacdc Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 doesn't bother me. they wont get tickets either way and anyone who bought a membership in april also didn't get everton tickets. so let them have their time and if they want to buy memberships next season and try again, cant be bad for the club.
Great Boos Up Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 I call them loose new fans, but I always like to think that their children will grow up full on supporters.
ImBlue Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 Can't get a programme 1 hour before kick off. Have to queue up for 3 hours for a shirt. Goons embarrassing us with fruit of the loom 'champions' printed t-shirts. Can't get out of the ground because they are all outside the doors trying to get in at the end of the game. It's perfect. I love how diverse our fanbase is now too. I have never seen a single Somalian within 2 miles of the ground before this season. Saturday, everywhere I turn. They do say fame comes at a price.
smr Posted 9 May 2016 Author Posted 9 May 2016 Making business analogies is all well and good but it's not quite teh same thing. If Liverpool win the league next year they'll be draping Liverpool flags outside their window. It's all well and good if they are here to stay but I bet if that did happen you'd see all red draped outside their house. Is that really something you'd embrace? You're entitled to your opinions of course..
davieG Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 Everyone has to start somewhere. If just 5% of these "new" fans stick with us when we inevitably become less spectacularly successful then it'll have been worth it.
FrankieADZ Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 Can't get out of the ground because they are all outside the doors trying to get in at the end of the game. tbh they got into the family stand end, and they were even fans tbh, they was just people in there to take pictures and all that lark
Jace Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 My main problem with this year is our 90s play off final victories and league cup finals just don't feel as significant anymore as they once did
cityfanlee23 Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 Yeah that bloody Bocelli, how dare he wear the new shirt when there are hundreds of fans outside the shop who can't get one. Bloody Plastics...

foxholecharlie Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 I think its as much a celebration of the city of Leicester as well as the football club. More flags the better I say. Just nipping out to put mine up, hope the neighbours know I'm a city fan.
ImBlue Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 tbh they got into the family stand end, and they were even fans tbh, they was just people in there to take pictures and all that lark Guess where I sit? The steward opened it so you could get out one by one so they couldn't get in. Can't get a drink in town to celebrate as all them are making the bars about 6 deep. Another annoyance
Carl the Llama Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 Need more recyclable materials fans imo. Where are the glasses and the aluminiums? LET'S BE HAVING YOU
