Libertine Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 Are all memberships on sale as of this weekend? Or is it for people who want to upgrade? Not that clear on statement or site.
irishfoxkev Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 I just phoned and inquired if memberships of any sort were on sale this weekend as per below copy of what is on official club site ..LINE 2 is what's confusing City Fox Members can purchase tickets to Leicester City’s FA Community Shield clash with Manchester United on Sunday 7 August from SEE Tickets from 9am on Monday 25 July. Supporters who purchase a City Fox Membership, Gold Membership or Silver Membership between Saturday 23 July and Sunday 24 July will be able to secure a seat for the Community Shield from SEE Tickets on Monday 25 July at 9am. Any supporters purchasing Memberships from Monday onwards will be able to buy a Community Shield ticket from 9am the following day. Though it clearly suggests above that supporters can buy memberships the answer is NO there are NO membership categories on sale at moment ...just renewals.....This is despite the fact that they have said there will be no limit on the number of City Fox Members sold .Why can't I buy some now? . ...I suggested they change the wording to Supporters who renew rather than purchase.....Also stating members WILL be able to secure tickets is probably stretching the truth ...more likely MAY be able to secure tickets Yet another example of poor communication from the club on their official website I have couple of people looking for 3 Community Shield tickets so still hopeful but if anyone on here can help send me a PM..BTW I am not one of the new found glory hunters..My first match Dec 1966 City 4 Stoke 2 ..fanatic ever since and though family moved to Ireland in early 70's go over 3 to4 times a year but getting increasingly difficult to get tckets for any games Thanks Kevin
TheSomersetFox Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 Could someone give us a link to where i could buy a ticket?

Our comms have no clue. Our social media is lacking personality and the general marketing output is meh. Premier League Champions but conference off the pitch... which is harsh to conference because comms at that level tends to be top draw! @Goober http://sport.seetickets.com/football/team/leicester-city
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 I honestly think they're being purposefully vague on the subject of memberships to try and curb demand slightly.

TheSomersetFox Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 Did anyone have the "Sorry, we could not find details for Membership Supporter Number ......" problem? Renewed my membership this morning like so i'm hoping it'll sort itself soon
lcfcfoz Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 Do I have to renew to get them Sunday? I was a member last season

Guest bennytwohats Posted 23 July 2016 Posted 23 July 2016 Would love a single ticket if anyone knows of one going! Memberships still not on general sale it seems. Kicking myself for not getting one at the end of last season really. Living in London which is why I didn't already have one as I've managed to borrow a few mates season tickets in the past or sat in the home end for away games etc. Can't complain about the clubs success but having been a season ticket holder for a few years in the past and going to lots of away games it's quite jarring to be frozen out by demand!
