The plod aren't bothered or interested in protecting the English / Welsh, they don't care. He's clearly ****ing crackers, I'm surprised a Ruskie didn't glass him. True, we don't know the full SP, looks like it had mainly blown over before that clip anyway. One bloke at work was out there in a bar, the Russians stormed them unprovoked and they all got a beating, he can handle himself as well but if it's out the blue what chance have you got!

Apparently UEFA have an executive who issued the first threats and apparently they can act on behaviours outside ground I thought same as you

UEFA Executive Committee can act and do what they want. But the final warning they have doesn't relate to matters outside stadiums.
