TheMightySystem Posted 14 June 2016 Posted 14 June 2016 If Russia get disqualified does that mean that Wales and Slovakia get 3 points or do we just ignore the results against Russia and have it as a three team group?
filbertstreet Posted 14 June 2016 Posted 14 June 2016 england next then, congrats to wales and slovakia
StanSP Posted 14 June 2016 Author Posted 14 June 2016 england next then, congrats to wales and slovakia why England next? Oh yeah, England fans threw all those flare guns at Russian women and children and charged through security...
ealingfox Posted 14 June 2016 Posted 14 June 2016 Load of English boys should go undercover in Russian garb and kick off at their next game
bovril Posted 14 June 2016 Posted 14 June 2016 Load of English boys should go undercover in Russian garb and kick off at their next game With the dodgiest Russian accents since Sean Connery in Hunt For Red October.
EnderbyFox Posted 14 June 2016 Posted 14 June 2016 So any further trouble inside the stadiums and they're gone? Good. Absolutely dreadful scenes at the end of the game on Saturday, saw pictures of women and children struggling to get away from them. And to think the World Cup is there in 2018.. will probably be the lowest turnout for an international tournament.

Fox92 Posted 14 June 2016 Posted 14 June 2016 What is a suspended qualification? One away from getting thrown out?
Ric Flair Posted 14 June 2016 Posted 14 June 2016 They are going to cause unreal bother on Wednesday and Thursday and try and take us down with them. Hahahahaaaa this is fcukin insane. We'll definitely get done as well.
GaelicFox Posted 14 June 2016 Posted 14 June 2016 What is a suspended qualification? One away from getting thrown out? Any more stadium incidents of significant nature and the are out What's really shocking this is an unprecedented move and the country being moved against hosts a World Cup in 24 months time !! They are going to cause unreal bother on Wednesday and Thursday and try and take us down with them. Hahahahaaaa this is fcukin insane. We'll definitely get done as well. No UEFA can only act on what happens in the and around the cordoned off stadium zone !
Finnegan Posted 14 June 2016 Posted 14 June 2016 With the dodgiest Russian accents since Sean Connery in Hunt For Red October. So... Scottish?
stix Posted 14 June 2016 Posted 14 June 2016 No UEFA can only act on what happens in the and around the cordoned off stadium zone ! Which is nothing we didn't already know. It's pretty piss poor really from uefa. Isn't going to stop them kicking off outside.
StanSP Posted 14 June 2016 Author Posted 14 June 2016 Which is nothing we didn't already know. It's pretty piss poor really from uefa. Isn't going to stop them kicking off outside. which is unfortunately out of their jurisdiction

Ah right, cheers. Yeah it's appalling they've got the next World Cup but surely it's too late to "move" it now.
StanSP Posted 14 June 2016 Author Posted 14 June 2016 Ah right, cheers. Yeah it's appalling they've got the next World Cup but surely it's too late to "move" it now. I don't think it is too late. There are plenty of other countries which have the infrastructure and facilities to be able to hold a tournament like that. The bigger issue is £££.
Jimothy Posted 14 June 2016 Posted 14 June 2016 Ah right, cheers. Yeah it's appalling they've got the next World Cup but surely it's too late to "move" it now. A lot of countries including ourselves could put on a World Cup with a years notice.
Vacamion Posted 14 June 2016 Posted 14 June 2016 Guy on my Twitter timeline has it right. This is giving Putin a "mess with Europe" card, as well as a bonus "Russia against the World" card. It wouldn't be surprising if he is paying their airfare back to get this to kick right off...
Finnegan Posted 14 June 2016 Posted 14 June 2016 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JT1IlynjGg Anyway, he was Lithuanian, not Russian, get it right!!

Think this is a messy old situation
stix Posted 14 June 2016 Posted 14 June 2016 which is unfortunately out of their jurisdiction Which is absolute bollockś really don't you think? Is it going to take a fan being murdered before anyone actually does anything about it. If uefa wanted to they could throw them out. Regardless of where these incidents happen. They're just pussyfooting around them giving them warning after warning for whatever reason. The fact that Russian MP's are applauding the violence and encouraging them to carry on surely could be considered as enticing hatred/violence?

It wouldn't be surprising if he is paying their airfare back to get this to kick right off... To be fair, Putin could do with winding his neck in. He's going to need all the friends he can get, given the septics are on the brink of electing the only man on the planet more tapped than him.
bovril Posted 14 June 2016 Posted 14 June 2016 Anyway, he was Lithuanian, not Russian, get it right!! True, though I'm still pretty sure Lithuanians don't speak with a heavy Edinburgh brogue.

No UEFA can only act on what happens in the and around the cordoned off stadium zone ! Why have we been warned with being kicked out then if we can only be evicted if we cause trouble in the ground which we evidently haven't done? What was our warning for? The trouble in the days leading up to the game? But that wasn't in the ground? I'm confused. Hopefully we'll be ok but wouldn't surprise me if we get done too at some point.
