For what's it's worth, the Silva one isn't a UFS one anyway.

maybe not but they will stop singing songs because other clubs copy them

Leicesters midfielder

He came from Portugal to see the English dream

He went to fifa

They smoked a reefer

Shame that we've dropped the On Wednesday nights, under the lights song.

Just needs slightly adapting from We'll be in Porto, we'll be in Bruges to We went to Porto, we went to Bruges.

Great reminder and celebration of our Champions League days.

On Wednesday nights....

Under the lights....

We went to Porto, we went to Bruges.

In Copenhagen, they did not faze us...

As we went to follow the Blues.

Needs an additional verse after Copenhagen.

Something like

Then to Sevilla, gave us Iborra

Against the odds

We finished top

Went to Sevilla, And made it through

But then in Madrid, Our tour had ended

But we'll still not give up the blues

Adrien Silva

14 seconds too late

now FIFA won’t let him play

We’re still waiting

We’re still waiting

I love this track leadenfox and your chant. Some editorial suggestions

It's a sickener
14 seconds away
We just want him to play..
Will be waiting!

Adrien silva
FIFA won’t let him play..
14 seconds to late
We're still waiting...
We're still waiting...

Once silva finally plays

To the tune of im a believer, smash mouth

I thought he was only true in fairytales

meant for someone else but not for me

fifa were out to get me

thats the way it seemed
Disappointment haunted all of my dreams

Then I saw his face, Adrien Silva
Not a trace, of doubt in my mind
I'm in love, with adrien Silva
he is a baller that we signed

Very good this, hope it gets going in SK1.

Hope something gets going because from the highs of a few seasons back with most of the stadium singing or chanting  something, its turned into a morg. 50 odd fans singing is not exactly mind blowing stuff. Bring back ben marshal is what i say.

It's not a song that will change that but mindset. Too many lazy supporters in our ranks that refuse to not add to the atmosphere. Those songs that were being sung by more than the '50 odd' are mostly still the same being sung today.

i personally think that the singers should be at the front, not the back, to encourage other fans joining in.

Yes but to do this the club would have to assist in relocations. Would also love it if UFS where behind the goal with their banner and flags on a rail in front.

I know they're getting a bit long in the tooth now, but as shown with the clappers,  i think the club are more than prepared to help in the atmosphere department.

Tried this in Copenhagen and if anything it was worse.

But that's more to do with it being a one off.

Yeah if you can' get it to take off when everyone's had a skin full of beer and it' ****ing freezing so any excuse to keep warm would have been welcome. Then it will cotton on if you stick a load of lads down the front stood up. Pissing everyone else off.

As baker says it would need huge co operation from the club in the 1st place to set up a section and move all existing season ticket holders to accommodate and make it work.

Football culture has moved on in this country. Maybe not for the better in some ways. But we decided to try eradicate the hooligan element and with that went a whole generation of fanatical support. It was channelled in different ways yes.

I love that we have a small group that are trying to change that but I think if you ask them they almost know they are fighting a losing battle. Look at the number of trips and numbers now heading out to Germany.

Why because they prefer that culture of support.

They ain't gonna persuade Doris 64 and a season ticket holder for 50 years there way is better than her flask and blanket sat on a seat with a clear view of the pitch.

I'd love it to be the case but then I'm a dinosaur and would still be at filbert st in our shit hole if I had my choice.

If someone from UFS can tell me how many the numbers have grown by id love to know. But it's got just as many neigh Sayers as it has backers I'd guess.

And that's because football in this country changed it became a family event.

No offence but look at our away end at stoke. You aren't gonna change those that don't want to be changed.
