coolcol Posted 8 September 2016 Posted 8 September 2016 Myself and my son visited the FREE Fearless Foxes exhibition in the New Walk Museum today………not a dry eye was left in the house. Due to size restrictions here you have to visit my Facebook link. Don't worry this is not a scam...it is genuine and I have been a genuine member of both here and Facebook's Blue and White Kop for quite some time. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10209159992631158&set=pcb.10209160004431453&type=3&theater
sm1 Posted 8 September 2016 Posted 8 September 2016 I went there a few weeks ago with my son. Just managed to get out of there without shedding any tears but it was a struggle.
Cincinnati Fox Posted 8 September 2016 Posted 8 September 2016 Everyone needs to go once or you will regret it when it's gone

Uncoolio Col. https://www.facebook.com/groups/leicestercitytruefans/?ref=bookmarks I was told that I should change my settings to public when posting the photos which I have now done. Does that work ?

Houdini Logic Posted 9 September 2016 Posted 9 September 2016 I can't remember this cover at the time but safe to say I'm going to go into the Exhibition, take as good a reproduction as I can and get this printed as big as my living room wall

Where can you get a copy? I loved the exhibition, it was a real journey through the season and you almost forgot a lot of the stuff that happened, the amount of times we came back to get something from an impossible position. This is ridiculous, I've got a tear tolling down my face.

rico Posted 9 September 2016 Posted 9 September 2016 I've got a few pictures from this exhibition, went to it back in June
promised land Posted 9 September 2016 Posted 9 September 2016 There was actually a late edition Mercury that day as well with pics inside of the celebrations, I've got a pile of papers about a foot deep from the Tuesday morning after the night before up to the parade. I did enjoy reading some of those from around the world, well not reading as I don't know the languages but looking at them, it really was on a global scale. Here in our cocoon we never saw any of that.
davieG Posted 9 September 2016 Posted 9 September 2016 I don't understand the Free bit, it's always been free or am I missing something?
Thracian Posted 9 September 2016 Posted 9 September 2016 Must drop in. I hardly ever visit Leicester now, apart from the King Power, but I'll try to make an exception for this after what people have said. .
SystonFox Posted 8 October 2016 Posted 8 October 2016 Took my son today. Fantastic gallery. The post it notes on the walls were bringing tears tears to my eyes. This is how much it meant to the people of the city. You'll never see this again

MC Prussian Posted 8 October 2016 Posted 8 October 2016 I do hope they'll extend the exhibit at least until the end of the year. Would love a chance of visiting the gallery at least once on a next trip up North.
Buzzell Posted 8 October 2016 Posted 8 October 2016 Took my daughter there last week and she loved it.

It should be permanent somewhere though, if not the ground some other building or museum in the city.
VLC86 Posted 8 October 2016 Posted 8 October 2016 Nothing to do tomorrow so may as well check this out. I've only just got to the point where I don't well up every time I think about it so is this wise?

After this has closed it will probably be ten years before this is seen again. Go buy some Kleenexes and go sob your heart out. I still feel like it watching motd and any live prem game. Every time I see that trophy with our colours on once in a life time enjoy.
