Fox92 Posted 8 December 2016 Posted 8 December 2016 Why do I always see these thread whenever we've lost... We have 30k every home game and sell out all aways. How about the players stand up and actually fvcking put effort in? If, on Saturday, they put in another pathetic performance and we get hammered then they can expect boos.

m4DD0gg Posted 8 December 2016 Posted 8 December 2016 Another ass pounding against man city and the boos will be broadcast to the world...

I know the atmosphere has been shite recently, at Sunderland it was poor, but when the players lack effort (which is the very basic) then what do you expect.
norwichfox Posted 8 December 2016 Posted 8 December 2016 For those that usually sing their hearts out and feel let down by the team recently, there is an option of miming

daddylonglegs Posted 8 December 2016 Posted 8 December 2016 Isn't this the sort of thing that doesn't need to be said? Or talked about? It's like saying 'we should really try and win this one today guys'. Should make an atmosphere every game
Livid Posted 8 December 2016 Posted 8 December 2016 I might nip out early if we're three down with two minutes to go but I will never boo them. We we need to be doing less of the Champions of England and more developing a siege mentality of us against the world. I love that montage of Bocelli and last season's highlights before each game but it's time to drop the polite applause for a bit more 'Get into them.....' Yes it's been abysmal so far and I honestly think it may get worse before it gets better, I hate Saturday evening kick offs and I think we could be in for a pounding but I'm not throwing in the towel on this season just like that. Time for us to unite not fall apart.
Gazza3 Posted 8 December 2016 Posted 8 December 2016 We'll sing it till May , We'll sing it till May Champions of England
cruyff99 Posted 8 December 2016 Posted 8 December 2016 They lifted us last year by winning every game. It's our turn now.Exactly!
mick47 Posted 8 December 2016 Posted 8 December 2016 For me its the players that dictate whether I applaud/sing and clap. Try put in some effort and I'll sing and clap till I drop, show apathy, laziness and a ,general, couldn't care less attitude and they'll be a likewise muted response from me. If I went to a concert and the performer sang off key and the band was out of tune would i applaud and give a standing ovation? I don't think so, they are supposed to be professionals and, having payed my money, I expect a professional performance. The TEAM need to get the fans behind them, it's not hard for them to do that, just try and look like they want it, no I don't expect to win every or even many games but I do expect them to act like the highly payed pros that they are and put in a decent shift, irrespective of the result, the response from the fans will be positive and the atmosphere will return to something like we witnessed last year.

Realist Guy In The Room Posted 8 December 2016 Posted 8 December 2016 I love how some people are saying 'if we get battered' like there's any other outcome than a heavy defeat. I hate the feeling of knowing i'm gonna be pissed off on Saturday night. The boos are gonna be deafening.

Times news reports and commentators commented on how unbelievable our atmosphere was last season. We need to create the same again to get us and the players out of this bad form of play. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has noticed that our atmosphere hasn't been as good in the past few games. Saturday is a big game. We need a big atmosphere to spur on the lads and get us back to our winning ways!!!! Spot on up the Foxes

Exactly. Also don't help themselves by not acknowledging the fans. A few claps when they come out for the warm up. And away from home they lose and their straight down the tunnel.
Ricey Posted 9 December 2016 Posted 9 December 2016 I shouldn't be in theory, but I'm excited about tomorrow. No excuses anymore. Most of the players aren't tired from the midweek, Man City play a system that can be counter attacked and they are a big club that shouldn't require any motivating. I think we'll learn a lot tomorrow about how much our start the season has been about teams stifling us, giving an extra 10% against the champions and the distraction of the Champions League.
Voll Blau Posted 9 December 2016 Posted 9 December 2016 5.30 kick-off. Plenty of time to get bevved. No excuse.
Guest Lako42 Posted 9 December 2016 Posted 9 December 2016 We are playing a much better team than us, I think booing a defeat against a better team is out of order. If they all swan around like Schlupp then fair play, but for the love of God don't get into the habit of booing all defeats.
Guest Foxin_mad Posted 9 December 2016 Posted 9 December 2016 If the players start high tempo, win some tackles in the middle and vardy chases down some balls, and if we create a chance the fans will get right behind the team that is never in doubt. As a Leicester fan I don't mind losing, I don't mind being shit, what I do mind in a lack of effort and pride in wearing the Blue Shirt! if we go out put in a performance and lose 5-0 that's fine but what pisses me off is when we turn out another pathetic placid performance and roll over. Im sure at the moment Claudio has us set up each game trying not to lose, we never go out and attack and game to win it, we haven't really since Man City away!
