simon789us Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 What an absolutely shit window a nobody defender who will never play and wilf who looks lost and however good he may turn out to be among what we needed I'm lost for words
smudger63 Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 This window has actually been an embarrassment. It's almost as if the club feel they are too good to go down and didn't need to go all out to strengthen. Well if that is the case, they need to look long and hard at the table, because right now we are heading back to the championship. I don't know the ins and outs of the recruitment, and who is to blame, but someone or some people need to be held accountable. If it's the owners who didn't want to spend the money, well then they need to be prepared for the consequences of what will happen, if we do go down. The Sahko to Palace on a loan deal just rubs salt into a very open wound for me. We have a premier league club that is being run by amateurs!
CupidStunt Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 This LCFC summed up in a nutshell at the minute
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 Desperate times normally call for desperate measures, not at Leicester City it seems, absolutely pathetic transfer window again, we've taken a huge gamble sticking with what we've got, time will tell now.
lgfualol Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 Sakho was available on loan the entire time. fuuuuck sake

EastAnglianFox Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 Caceres without a club! Surely get him in please, even just short term for a bit of decent competition...please..

With some of the fees going about we should have been all over that and Sakho.

norwichfox Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 I think we did well not to bring in any decent players, the increased wages bill would be a major issue in the Championship. This is clearly why we are hanging on to Leo as he's one of the lower paid players and has good experience of the Championship. I'm really looking forward to all those extra games we'll get, and better chances of getting to see a match given where I live.
Guest Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 We seem to be so set on the foreign market that we've lost all sense when it comes to transfers. Everything that was built seems gone.
Shaggy Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 Maybe the owners no longer trust our recruitment people after the 29mil for slim

Slim has been one of our top signings so far which pretty much says it all but he is the least of our transfer business concerns and we could have even made a profit had we accepted the supposed offer from China.
