Not a burger as such but pulled pork in a toasted brioche bun with a slathering of barbecue sauce is my favourite.

Anything on any menu that says BBQ sauce is immediate bin. Just completely overpowering and not particularly nice. Pizzas with it as the base sauce can get fvcked I wouldn't even wish them on the homeless

I go to NJ on business and the hotel I use has an amazing burger joint and sports bar on site

they do a house special ... the Mac And Cheese burger ... honestly it sounds disgusting but it's totally amazing

but have to be careful it's lava hot when you bite in

Just treated myself to a big green egg style barbie - did a 9 hour slow smoked pork and spent the next week eating exactly what you describe above!   delish

Have to disagree mate. Sweet slightly vinegar based BBQ sauce on melt in the mouth pulled pork with a smoky hit is pure heaven.

Sounds class! I need to get a decent grill, perhaps a Weber or something.

I've heard that proper southern state pulled pork is really good, slow smoked and with a vinegar sauce which sounds nice. I've only had UK style, which is always stringy pork slathered in bog standard sickly BBQ sauce, can't understand for the life of me how it became so popular. For the record I love roast pork, gammon, ham, bacon, pork chops, pork belly, sausage, black pudding, scratchings, crackling, ribs - I imagine I'd even enjoy the brains and testicles more than the pulled pork I've tried

Go mad and get a Kamado style grill - either big green egg or Kamado Joe. Pricey but last a lifetime and so much more than just a BBQ

That'd be great. I loved the parilla style grills when I was in Argentina that you can winch the grill up and down to control the heat. They cook meat literally on the coals out there, insanely good.

Currently making a burger for dinner, made a burger sauce with fresh chopped chillis in then just going to have some cheese lettuce and jalapeños in.

I've got a Kamado Joe and love it! Best investment I ever made. Which one have you got?

I season  extra lean ground beef with crushed coriander, cilantro, onion, garlic, chopped green chillies, salt, black pepper, egg, breadcrumbs etc. Find burgers taste best with seasoned meat of some sort but to each their own.

Then you can top the $hit out of it with whatevet floats your boat. I prefer red onion, tomatoes, lettuce of some sort, melted cheese (of some sort), jalapenos, ketchup, mustard, relish. Thats your standard burger toppings.

Ive tried some more adventurous burgers with eggs on them or canadian bacon or avocado and they are fantastic. Many many options to chose from these days so dont be shy ladies.

Now i want a bloody burger with a pint.

Kamado Joe classic. Currently love it more than my children.

Done hot and cold smoking before, and cure my own salmon, bacon etc. Kamado Joe was obvious next addition to the garden! What do you have?
