Really pleased for Wellens.

 

He always come across as though he really knows the game, I always thought he'd make a decent coach. But 2 wins now is good early work regardless of whether he gets the job or not.

McGugan has joined Northampton. He's only 28....

 

Always rated him at Forest but his career went down the pan when he left them.

Top of the table at home v bottom of the table. Should be easy right? :dry:

 

Sad when you are celebrating a 90th minute goal for the draw.

 

At least the 13K plus in attendance had something to cheer about.

 

Other than that, it was horrendous. 

 

Did look like FGR had a couple hundred in attendance.

Just watching Sky Sports News, they were previewing the live game on Sky later, Gillingham v Portsmouth.

 

Peter Taylor.

 

Caretaker manager at Gillingham, again, how does this cunt keeping getting jobs?!

 

I don't care that Holloway took us down the League One for the first time in our history (tbh as much as it was horrible at the time it had to happen in order for us to move forward and we did), Peter Taylor is the worst manager in Leicester City's history, he ruined us.

After losing the opening two games of a season 5-0 and 4-0, the prat was still talking about us getting into Europe. Having blown a fantastic chance of Europe on two fronts the previous year by not taking Wycombe seriously at all.

 

Also brought Dennis Wise to our club. The man should never be forgiven or excused for his total incompetence at wrecking, at the time, the best chance of the club to progress with a talented squad, money in the bank, a new stadium on the horizon and European football all in place.

Needed that win today against Barnet. Anything else coming after the two poor results and it'd be the same ol' Notts.

 

Great stuff from Ameobi today. 

 

Next two matches are away. 

 

Keeping my eye on Luton. Won 7-1 today v Stevenage and are sitting 3rd.
