Callabinho Posted 27 August 2017 Posted 27 August 2017 Can't get off his back when he is apparently throwing his toys out of the pram, if he feels he HAS to start then prove why....yes he was direct when he came on, but so was Schlupp..... His decision making is very poor....

Both obviously have the talent to cause problems but both also have the knack of trying to score all the while rather than pass it to teammates in the middle. Several good chances wasted by both of them. Ha ha ha ha. You need to find a new sport to watch if you can't see how well Mahrez played for us yesterday. Pure class
Monsell1976 Posted 27 August 2017 Posted 27 August 2017 Which gray thread to choose from, which camp am I in

The whole first team didnt create anything for the whole game and he had a part in the move that gave us what would have been a clear cut chance if, yes, he had released the ball earlier. A mistake, so what. If he had started instead of Albrighton we may well have created more throughout the game. First prem game time and against a Man United that were all over us and he gave us something. He could give us a lot more. If a new manager came in who knew his stuff and really shuffled the pack i bet Gray would be a lot closer to the top of it than he is now After thought but after a discussion down my local , we came to the conclusion that Gray should of started, it was obvious that Shakespeare like most of us thought the best way of getting a result was sit back and try to nick a result. For long periods we looked ok, but as always trying to defend the inevitable will come. When Gray come on he actually looked threatening and if he had started we would of let's be fair had a better go at a suspect Man Utd back 4, the disappointing thing is we will never know now. Did we give them to much respect ?
somebum Posted 31 August 2017 Posted 31 August 2017 His legs move quicker than his brain; you can teach decision making to a certain extent only

melrose Posted 31 August 2017 Posted 31 August 2017 It seems that the adjective "Amazing" nowadays means something different. These days people substitute Amazing for great, brilliant excellent etc. Mainly under 35's it would seem. Nowadays you have to be careful if you use it how it was meant. For example, " It was amazing that Jimmy Saville didn't get caught!" That could easily be misinterpreted by the young people.
Highfox Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 He'll be amazing if he could shoot with his left. At the moment he's good but predictable and one dimensional. Loads of potential though...loads!
shailen Posted 1 September 2017 Posted 1 September 2017 This boy is special. We have to start playing him whether that means moving Mahrez in the hole and Albrighton to the right. Either way he has to play. His decision making is poor at times, but he is young and that will improve. I reckon he'll be on that left wing for England for years to come.
norwichfox Posted 5 September 2017 Posted 5 September 2017 No, he's not amazing, possibly could be if he could get his head in the right place with regard to his final ball, not sure whether he's a full time p155 taker with his social media antics, it seems to make more sense than taking what he writes as gospel.
