U-17 World Cup - India (Football)

'The free-kick is chipped in, England captain Joel Latibeaudiere heads it across, Jonathan Panzo can't steer it in but Marc Guehi has all the time in the world, all the time in the World Cup final. to flip it home.

Pile on again with the whole squad.'

There's no Englishmen in this team, no wonder we're doing alright.

Brilliant..what a game from England..

one negative..Sky panel should of been applauding...

too quiet a reaction. from the Sky's major football presentation team.

Whatever..that was a great performance from the young lads, no collapse, but a great driving

team effort after going 2 behind. The backline held up and even though tired, gritted their teeth,

and some great balls from midfield...I know nobody, but every single player did their job,

and no panic...Marvellous..

Think Tim Vickery tweeted the other day mentioning how a side with Neymar and Coutinho failed in the same tourney in 2009, yet in 2003 Brazil won the thing and not a single member played for the national side.

So much hinges on how we manage these players. There's clearly enormous promise given how every age group has performed this year.
