The Shires in Peatling Parva

I can second the Shires, had a good one in there last year. Also the Golden Fleece in South Croxton. Not been in there for a couple of years but they used to do a great carvery.

Golden Fleece has gone I believe. Running costs too high.

Asahi, red stripe, Pravha, Star, Blue moon, peroni and Camden Hells are the lager offerings.

That’s a really good choice, will go prior to seeing that Leicester City play at the Curve!

Hopefully not gone down a KPFC route. Was a tad worried that might happen after saying they were unsure if to go down a club route as opposed to a fan one.

Watched England game at the Real Ale Classroom last night. The seating was far more comfortable in the basement and there thankfully wasn’t any of the typical England tournament fan making an uneasy atmosphere.
