SouthStandUpperTier Posted 20 February 2019 Posted 20 February 2019 When are BT and the BBC going to realise that Keown talks utter nonsense?
Guest Manini Posted 20 February 2019 Posted 20 February 2019 “ITs taking an age, it’s taking too long” harps that willy puller Keown. It’s bound to take ages to do anything if the refs constantly surrounded by 4 Man City wet wipes. What’s the bloke supposed to do?

It would have taken about half the time if he hadn't had to take the captains to one side as a result
Finnegan Posted 20 February 2019 Posted 20 February 2019 This is 100% the Finnegan curse in full effect. I turned over cos the City game just looked like it was going to be a procession and even if there were goals it'd just be City running up the score. They're now losing and the Atleti game is shit If you're watching the Schalke match... You're welcome.

Why do our media have to create controversies with everything? Why can something not just be fine, and normal and we just leave it alone.

the fox Posted 20 February 2019 Posted 20 February 2019 Happy for Bentaleb. Really need him in great form for the AFCON.

It’s complete bollocks and probably the thing I dislike the most about modern society (I’m being melodramatic it isn’t but it still pisses me off)
foxes_rule1978 Posted 20 February 2019 Posted 20 February 2019 Right decision on the handball, he has his arm out and then only moves it when the ball hits it.

Just the standard attitude towards anything football related sadly. If it's not perfect straight away then worthless, get rid. No desire to be patient, let things develop or improve, whether it's players, managers or VAR.
UniFox21 Posted 20 February 2019 Posted 20 February 2019 Cheeky comment from Jake Humphrey there "correct in your decision, not necessarily what the 3 former pros think"

Saying that it did make me laugh slightly
HybridFox Posted 20 February 2019 Posted 20 February 2019 Jake Humphrey is an arrogant **** Always felt he was a MOTD reject anyway

To be honest though I can’t really defend them, most of them are terrible.

His whole presenting style doesn't seem natural. Feels like he's preplanned everything. Tries to do clever wacky intros that look forced. In general he just comes across as really fake.
StanSP Posted 20 February 2019 Posted 20 February 2019 Costa's miss just then Just seen the Otamendi handball. Not sure why it took VAR so long to confirm or what to check. It was clear handball.

StanSP Posted 20 February 2019 Posted 20 February 2019 One hell of a save from Szczesny to deny Griezmann.

StanSP Posted 20 February 2019 Posted 20 February 2019 Been a good game to watch, despite the lack of goals. Quite fiesty. Only downside is Chris Sutton commentating.
