We had 57% possession though. We just had absolutely nothing else whatsoever.

I can’t say that is correct. I am equally frustrated, but I thought the second half looked a bit more like our old selves with aggression, directness and quickness. The problem is that we still had Ndidi being a liability while only having Vardy upfront alone for a long time until Nachos came on (and he created the chance that nearly got Vardy scoring).

Puel needs to wake up to the fact that Gray cannot play striker and that Vardy needs support. Ghezzal playing instead of Maddison was a massive improvementand I would instead have Ghezzal play instead of Ndidi. Regardless, he needs to drop Ndidi in any event. He does nothing attacking wise, his volleys are selfish as he has zero chance of getting them on target, his touches are worst than league 2 players, his dribbling is atrocious, his passing is non existent.

Ghezzal looked ok on defense as well - better than Mahrez at least.

Yes, that can be dangerous for our defense overall and so I would use Evans instead of MacGuire who does a better job cleaning up defensively with Morgan than MacGuire.

That rating is harsh on Ricardo.  He was industrious and effective with little support for the whole game.

Hardest part was whether to go lower or Ndidid or Mendy, since both were terrible.  I guess Ndidi was the absolute worst (if I see one more pass bombed backwards from the attacking third I'll bust my monitor) but as much as I believe in Puel's long-term vision, this experiment of the two of them playing together has to end.  They're terrible as a duo.
