And when it comes to domestic the only time using them I missed a weekday delivery of a new mobile phone, their arrange redelivery webpage was down so I had to call(£1 per minute), they kept me on hold for 20mins in one of three calls trying to figure out what was happening, they said they would call in the week when they could "locate my package". Three days later I call up again to be only be told they had "lost my parcel in transit". Never ever ever want to deal with them again. DPD seem to be the best service.

It’s the clincher for those who are on there “thinking” about purchase but not 100% sure
