As an asthmatic mine already is - no free care for our condition when we get our inhalers.  If the NHS is involved in the trade deal we won't be signing it, as I've said before - the Tories love power, doing that means losing power.
Rusko187 Posted 20 November 2019 Posted 20 November 2019 Did Corbyn ever actually say where he personally stands on Brexit?
Jon the Hat Posted 20 November 2019 Posted 20 November 2019 29 minutes ago, Babylon said: And we all believe that about the Conservatives don't we, there won't be a total carve up oh no.  PS. Corbyn is also a cock. Are the Americans going to ship our Hopsitals to the Us and rebuild them like they did with London Bridge? What are you talking about man?? The NHS was a conservative idea, proposed by a conservative helth Minister, and the conservatives are funding it more than any other Government in history, plus "selling the NHS" would be a absolute guarenteed political suicide on a scale not seen since the Poll tax riots. I would join for a start!!

The twitter name, the thing everyone sees when it tweets or is retweeted is "FactCheckUk".  There is one reason and one reason alone to do what they did, and that's to mislead people. Exactly the same with the Starmer video. Now they might be obvious to some, but it still remains the fact that the only reason they did it was to mislead people. We all know we live in an age of people happily taking something they've glanced at on Facebook as gospel, and the Tories know this, so they know what they were trying to do in changing the name and dressing the tweets up as they did. Twitter have said themselves they aren't happy about it. I mean it even has a blue tick to add to authenticity.  Now had the ironically named James Cleverley, and Dominic Raab just come out today and held their hands up, admitted it was a bit naughty and wasn't playing fair then I think people would have moved on, but the defence of it is ridiculous, as was Cleverleys defence of the Starmer video.

I'll say it again... how does ANYONE seeing it know what CCHQ stands for? The average person, unless they already followed it wouldn't have a clue. I would have no idea what it stood for, unless I'd seen it previously with the Conservative branding all over it.  Oh it's humour.Â

If you are to keep a country like that together, totally necessary as well. Just letting liberals in California and New York pick the President every four years won't keep it. (Although the campaign would be totally different if it was popular vote). Â We are getting way off topic here though

Or at least used to before they were managed to within an inch of their lives.  Dread to think what what social media would have been like from a sporting perspective in the 70s-90s!Â
