My friend has a big birthday coming up and I am collecting city related memorarabilia as a wind up gift like the framed Dennis wise photo I already have for him. He hates Pulis BTW not shakey. Obviously you can PM me if you don't want to admit to having one...….

If you can't find one to buy, you could find a knitting evening class or just an old folk's home or something, and set a competition to make the scarf - best one wins a prize (the bit about you keeping the scarves is in small print).
